Chapter 16: Stabbed Pulse

Chloe's POV

We went back to the school ground. They are all there except for someone. I know that someone's missing.

"Layla. Asher's missing.", Jaydee Mark said.

"What?", Layla asked confused.

"I thought that you are going out of the school.", Mrs. Panganiban interrupted.

"Unfortunately, the guard was killed by the doll and we don't know where the key is.", Mary Jane said.

"Where's Asher? We have to look for him.", I interrupted.

"I'm sure he was killed too.", Jaydee Mark said.

"Jaydee! Don't say that! Is it alright for Asher get killed?!", Jack asked loudly.

"Look! He went missing! The doll is powerful that she can kill everyone of us!", Jaydee replied.

"Don't say that! Sir Pascual and we will will find a way to stop the curse no matter what!", Mrs. Panganiban shouted. I remember what we saw in the library a while ago.

"By the way, guys. We went to the library and we saw the librarian. She also got killed.", I stated.

"What?!", Mary Jane asked loudly. It's obvious that she can't believe it.

"Aside from that, we saw the wall. The name Angela Warren is written on it.", Jack said.

"Angela Warren?", Mary Jane asked.

"Yes.", Layla said.

"I know her. She's our batchmate here in this school.", Mary Jane stated.

"Then what is her relation to the doll? Why is her name written on the wall of the library?", Layla asked.

"She's my student too. I always notice her. She is different from her classmates. I also knew that she used to be the top 1 of the class last year but now, she is on the top 32.", Mrs. Panganiban told us.

"32? That's so far compare to top 1.", I said.

"Maybe something happened to her.", Jaydee Mark said.

"We have to think what is her relationship to the doll.", Layla said. We all went back to our rooms.

Layla's POV

I'm really confused of what is happening now. I really regret that I requested Chloe to give me a doll. Suddenly, someone knocked the door.

"Who's there?"

"It's me, Chloe.", I opened the door for her. She. went in.

"What brings you here?", I asked.

"The doll. I bought it on a second-hand store.", Chloe said.

"I already know it. That's why the doll is cursed because someone cursed it.", I replied.

"Mary Jane knows Angela Warren, right? Contact her and tell her ask Angela Warren something about the doll.", she ordered. I got my phone and contacted Mary Jane.

Mary Jane's POV

Someone contacted me. I got my phone and see who is calling me.

Layla

Calling...

 

"Hello.", I greeted. She said something but I didn't hear so I switched it to Loud Speaker.

"What is it again?", I asked.

"Contact Angela Warren and ask her what is her relationship to the doll.", suddenly, I saw the doll near the door. She's looking at me. My phone fell down because of my fear.

"Molly.", I mentioned her name.

"Hello. Jane. Are you there?", I heard Layla's voice from my phone. I heard the doll's demonic laughters.

"Layla! Help me! The doll is in my room!", I shouted though my phone is on the floor. I'm sure she can hear me coz my phone is switched to loud speaker.

"Asking for help?", Molly asked.

"Get away from me!", I shouted.

"Jane! Are you alright?! Wait for us!", Layla shouted. The doll jumped on my bed.

"Please. Don't kill me."

"You have to die!", Molly shouted and she jumped over me. She stabbed me on the pulse of my neck many times. I'm still hearing Layla and Chloe outside my room. They are knocking on my door. My blood continued to flow.
