Chapter 12: Don't Worry

Layla's POV

We are looking for Connor. We can't find him and I'm scared to think that Connor was killed by the doll. We separated into two groups.

"What? Have you seen him?", I asked the other group as we see them but none of the groups found him. I guess we already ransacked the whole school but still we can't find him.

"Connor!", we shouted.

"Guys. I think we should take a rest first. We are tired and we have to take some rest to gain our strengths back.", Mary Jane said.

"Yeah! Mary's right.", Jaiden said.

"But what about Connor? Are we just going to let him be killed by that doll?", Chloe asked.

"Chloe's right. We should look for him first.", Jack said.

"But..", Asher didn't manage to continue his sentence when I spoke.

"No buts.", I cut his sentence. We separated again into two groups but Jack and I have ourselves finding Connor.

Jack's POV

"Where are we going to look for him?", I asked Layla.

"I don't know either but we have to find him. We won't stop 'till we find him.", I just nodded to what she said.

"Connor!", I shouted. We decided to go to the third floor and go to the Physics Laboratory. I looked at the window. Suddenly, Layla shouted. I came near her.

"What? What's wrong?", I asked.

"The doll...is inside the cabinet.", I looked at the cabinet and I saw the doll. I opened the cabinet and got the doll. I came near the window and I throwed it outside.

"Jack! What have you done?!", Layla asked loudly.

"I throwed it! What's wrong with that?!"

"How are we going to know the mystery of the doll if you throw it? Besides, it will keep on coming back."

"Let's go!", I said just to stop the argument. Outside, we have seen Mr. Pascual.

"You two. Have you seen the doll? When I get back to my office, I saw the sack destroyed. The doll went gone.", Mr. Pascual said.

"We haven't seen it.", I lied.

"Why are you here anyway?"

"We are looking for Connor. He's missing.", Layla replied.

"What? Don't tell me, Connor is killed by the doll.", Mr. Pascual thought.

"Don't say that, sir. We don't like our classmate to be killed.", I said.

"Yeah.", Layla agreed.

"Ok. Just keep looking for him. I'll go find the doll.", Mr. Pascual suggested.

"Ok, sir.", we keep on going. We went to the second floor and we went to Chemistry Laboratory. We are shocked by what we saw.

"Ahhh!", Layla shouted when we saw Connor's dead body.

"Calm down!", I said while hugging her. We saw his head stabbed.

"I can't calm down, Jack! I can't calm down!", Layla shouted at me.

"We have to tell this to our classmates.", we ran downstairs to look for our classmates and we saw them in the quadrangle.

"What's going on?", Jaydee Mark asked.

"We saw..Connor's dead body.", Layla replied while crying. I hugged her.

"Dead body? What do you mean?", Mrs. Panganiban asked.

"Connor's dead and his head was stabbed.", I replied. They are all surprised by that news.

"What will we do to stop the doll's curse?!", Jaiden asked.

"We all don't know!", Chloe shouted.

"Sir Pascual can help us! I'll go to his office.", Mrs. Panganiban said. She ran to the principal's office. We all sat down on the ground.

"Layla! Who will be next?!", Jaiden Rock asked loudly and it's obvious that he is mad.

"Don't think about the next who will die! Think of the solutions we can do to stop Molly's curse!", Layla replied.

"Molly? So the doll is named Molly?", Mary Jane asked.

"Yeah!", Chloe answered.

"I heard that before, from the doll itself."

"Remember this! If you heard Molly, that was the doll.", Layla told everyone of us. Later on, Sir Pascual came.

"Unfortunately, I can't find that doll but I think there is a solution to stop this.", Mr. Pascual explained.

"What's that solution?", Asher asked.

"I think we just have to destroy the doll. Burn it. Chop it. Anything that can destroy the doll.", Mr. Pascual said.

"But it will keep on coming back.", Jaydee Mark said.

"Don't worry. I'll search for more informations.", Sir Pascual said.
