The Cursed Doll

Chapter 19: Revelation

Jack's POV

"What is that important thing you are talking about, sir? Tell us.", I ordered. We have to stop this as soon as possible that's why we have to know this important thing.

"It's about how will the doll stop from killing.", Sir Pascual replied. We are all shocked at the same time glad that we can know how to stop the doll's curse.

"How?", Layla asked.

"It's not that easy."

"What is it, sir?", Chloe asked.

"You have to break or destroy the main part of the body of the doll. However, do not destroy her whole body or else, the curse will go worse.", Sir Pascual explained.

"What?! How will we know what part of her body we have to destroy?!", Jaydee asked.

"That's why I told you it's not that easy. One more thing.", Sir Pascual said while showing his index finger.

"Make sure the part you are going to destroy is the right one, if you're wrong, the curse will go worse too.", we are all puzzled. How are we going to do that? That is hard to do. If we go wrong, worse will happen. None of us can survive this incident.

"Sir, don't you know the main part of the doll?", Layla asked.

"Unfortunately, I don't know.", Sir Pascual replied. We went out of his office. We all don't know how are we going to destroy her main part.

Layla's POV

I'm thinking of the possible ways how to know the doll's main part. But I can't think any ways. I tried to read on my books. Suddenly, one thing came to my mind. I got my notebook from my bag where I wrote the killing order of the doll. I was shocked. Ma'am Panganiban's name is not written here. Could it be, she didn't tell us that she heard the doll's laughters? Wait. Who's next? What the hell?! He's next. I think I have to warn him. I went out of my room and headed to him. I knocked the door.

"Come out! Come out!", I shouted. I'm in a hurry coz I wanna warn him early. He went out.

"What do you want?", he asked.

"Jaydee. You're next.", I said. He widened his eyes.

"What do you mean?"

"You have to ask one person to be with you for you to have help when the doll is going to kill."

"Who will I ask?", he asked. He seems so worried.

"I guess Sir Pascual will be the best.", I said. Jaydee got his phone from his table and he contacted Sir Pascual. After the call ended, Jaydee told me that Sir Pascual agreed to him but his face is unexplainable. I went back to my room. I remember how he thanked me for warning him early. He seems nervous. Who wouldn't be nervous if you know that you're next who will be killed? When I'm in front of my room, I saw the doll there. I got it from the floor and I tried to examine it to know what is her main part. I went in my room then sat on my bed while staring at the doll. Suddenly, her eyes moved that made me let go of her.
