✯ Everyone thought that the titans had appeared after evolving for such a long time without human contact that when they finally evolved just enough to survive and eat human kind, they appeared.
No one thought that the...

Ramsey woke to the noise of the other so called gryphons make a fuss as they were growling. At what? She didn't know. That is, until she looked up.
Humans. All in white lab coats with clipboards, going around to each metal cage and writing something on said clipboard. Each time the human bent down and leaned in towards a cage, the gryphon would flare their wings or try and scratch at the scientists. But, we're all tiny compared to them so they didn't give notice, or they're just dumb enough not to notice. But I highly doubt the latter since they made this happen.
Once a scientist made his way over to my cage, he realized that I was one of the newest arrivals, due to the broken egg in the corner of my cage. He quickly scribbled something down as I flared my wings, snarling as my chest vibrated with pure hatred. He didn't take notice. He put his pen down on his clipboard and lifted up the metal cage, only to be met with one of my razor sharp claws, drawing blood on his middle finger.
That's what you get you fúcker. I continued to snarl until the scientist grabbed something off his little tool belt and sprayed it near my face. My mind and eyesight became hazy as he put on large metal gloves and once more reached in. I tried my best to slash at him again but my moves and reaction time was no sluggish due to whatever the hell the scientist sprayed.
He put me on a metal table with wheels and wheeled me down the hall, out of the place where everyone was. "Remember! Don't let them know we're intelligent!" Ramsey heard Mace practically yell through the mindlink as the scientist stopped the table-thing and rolled it through a door before stopping.
Ramsey roughly shook her head as the hazeyness of the drug spray wore off, her snarling once more continued as she flared her small light grey feathered wings. But, she was ignored again. A different scientist who was sitting in a chair so formally who was waiting for us in the room, picked me up as she bit and scratched at him, but it was no use due to the protective gloves they wore.
He placed Ramsey down on another, smaller table as he let her go and pressed a small black box in his hand.
"Specimen T9468. Name Ramsey Ito. Age: nineteen. Proccess of incubation: exposure to immense heat. Weight: 15 pounds. Height: One foot or twelve inches." The scientist went on and on about how Ramsey was captured, what's happened since she entered the tiny room. Once he was done, he put the small box away and went to go sit in the chair he was in before she came in. The other scientist left after hearing what the other had to say.
After examining the scientist sitting in the corner, Ramsey decided to call him Blondie, for the large mass of blonde sitting ontop of the mans head. Blondie looked back with a neutral expression before scribbling down something that has to be majorly important from her just standing there examining him.
Ramsey then slowly walked around, trying not to slip her soft paws on the cold metal table. After nearing the edge of the small table, she leaned back on her haunches and tried to jump a little ways to the larger metal table. But with furry paws on a metal table, she's bound to slip. And she did.
Ramseys' haunches slipt against the table and her belly was met with the edge of the table, slowly falling down as her weight was distrubted unevenly. While falling, she had managed to straighten herself out and open her wings wide, as if using them as a parachute, gliding slowly to the table.
She back-winged a little to make sure her landing wasn't as slippery as her miserable take-off. Just glad no one else was watching.. She hoped there wasn't, anyway. I swiftly looked around, but there was nothing small enough to conceal my body or any escape routes.
She watched blondie cautiously, but of course he remained sitting. With an eye on blondie, she took several steps around and looked at the window, but all she could see from my height was blue sky. Ramsey pondered if she could manage to get up there. If she could manage, she might get an idea as where we're being held.
Ramsey inhaled and stretched, thankfully her body knew the best way. Like a feline, she stretched her front legs out in front and dug in her claws as her wings arched over her back. She turned around and examined her tail again. This tail feels so.. odd. I should probably get the hand of moving around before flying, or else my attempt will end up like last time..
She walked over to the pile of sand in a bowl slowly. Ramsey touched the sand with her front paw, examining it, as she was unsure. She realized that nature was calling. Well, she already touched the sand, Ramsey might as take my cue from animals. She quickly did her buisness in a hole and buried it. It would atleast give the staring pervert something to clean. He's making me so uncomfortable. He could look away and give me a bit of privacy, but no..
Ramsey continued to walk, getting the feel of her body. It also gave her an idea of how lithe and flexible her body was. She hadn't ever been this flexible. She stopped and sat for a moment. She regarded her wings, mindful of the blondie in the corner. She pretended to lick and lightly nibble on an itchy spot on the wing joint before stretching her wings out to their fullest. They were long and somehow looked narrow- yet bulky with muscle.
She glanced at the man in the corner as he was scribbling some notes. She turned around to regard her wings once more. Well, they do say practice makes perfect. With another hop and a single wingbeat, she had moved quite far from where she was standing.
That was much more graceful. But a wing-assisted hop wasn't true flight. Not just yet. But Ramsey was more than determined.
