~ Flashback ~
It was the night of the Moon, when the Moon rises to its fullest and the village elders take the teenagers and in an old tradition, to make them adults. But that night didn't go as planned.
"Ramsey, step forward," one of the elders said. Ramsey was fifth in line to become an adult in her village. Ramsey did as she was told, standing next to the respected elder. She looked down at the others in her village. Babies being held by their proud mothers, kids playing behind the crowd, the newest adults in a circle congratulating themselves.
Before the elder could speak again, the ground shook with a fierceness to collapse buildings. And it did just that. One of the nearest village homes tumbled to the ground in a heep of dust, covering the area like a thick unnatural fog.
It took mere seconds before panic set in on the villagers, the babies that were now calm in their mothers arms were screaming bloody murdy, the kids racing to their parents. The new adults.. Crushed by the home. Ramsey stood still in utter shock, the panic overload made her stiff as a board, unable to move no matter how many times she tried to convice her body.
It was only when the elder that was once beside her, now infront of her, slapped her face.
"Go! Run Ramsey!" The elder yelled, forcefully pushing her off the stage and they both took off, the elder only a feet behind her. But it wasn't enough. The elder screamed as she was swiped off the ground in a large pale hand. Ramsey looked behind her, wishing she hadn't.
The elder had her arms and legs ripped off, as the titan holding her preffered to savor his meals instead of downing them in one big bite. Ramsey had tears flowing down her face, she forced her mind and body to look ahead of her and not watch the elder get eaten.
But once she looked back, she was greeted by a large foot twice the size of her. The foot was coming closer to her by the second, and met with Ramseys' body at a shocking pace, making Ramsey fly into the nearest tree, her back and head getting the biggest impact, her arms flying backwards as she came to an abrupt stop.
But her arms didn't stop. They hit the tree with such a force that her shoulders made an in-sync popping sound as her arms were now dislocated. Ramsey opened her mouth to cry out, but nothing came. All of the energy now drowned out by pain as she hung her head low, letting the last teardrops slide off her face before being consumed by darkness.

Ramsey woke up, only to be greeted by a dull ache in her limbs and lack of oxygen. Her eyes frantically tried to pry themselves open at the thought of no oxygen. She managed to control her breathing, but the air was becoming thinner due to her breathing the same air over and over again.
She tried to remain calm as the darkness surrounded her.
"Hello?"
Her voice echoed throughout whatever tight cage she was in, doubting that someone outside would've heard her. She continued to struggle, trying to wiggle her arms and legs out of the entanglement they had somehow gotten themselves into.
