"Oh hi Felix" Hyunjin replied with a huge smile

Normally Seungmin would be able to leave before Felix got there but he already saw Felix glance over at him so there wasn't anything he could really do now

Seungmin slowly started to back away from them to leave but Minho grabbed his arm and made him stay earning him a weird look from Jisung who of course came with Felix

"Felix this is Seungmin" Hyunjin said, introducing the two

"Nice to meet you" Felix said smiling, as Seungmin blushed even more. If that was even possible

"N-nice to m-meet y-you too" Seungmin stuttered out

"He's in your first-period class" Jeongin blurted out, causing Seungmin sent him a quick death glare

"Really? I've never seen you before" Felix said as he tried to think about it but he didn't recognize Seungmin at all

"He's really quiet" Minho said as he let go of Seungmin's arm so that Jisung would stop pouting

"Oh...wait! Do you have a partner for the project?" Felix questioned hopefully

"I-" Seungmin started to reply but Hyunjin cut him off

"No, he doesn't"

"Really? Can you be my partner?" Felix asked

"He was all sad at lunch because his crush didn't want to work with him" Jisung explained as Seungmin internally died

"I don't have a crush on him" Felix quickly explained "anyways, can we work together?"

"I umm...I-I actually p-prefer working b-by myself" Seungmin explained while avoiding eye contact

His friends all sighed at him as Felix pouted

"oh, It's okay we should go now...bye" Felix said with a small wave before grabbing Jisung's hand "it was nice meeting you Seungmin"

"Seungmin you're an idiot" Hyunjin said as Felix left

"I didn't mean to! That was my first time talking to him and I panicked. Minho should have just let me walk away" Seungmin said

"Did you see how sad he looked?" Jeongin asked while frowning

"I feel really bad" Seungmin said sadly

"Then go catch up to him" Minho said as he pushed Seungmin forward a little bit

"No, I can't even speak normally in front of him. How the heck would I do a whole entire project with him?" Seungmin asked

"Would you rather him be sad because of you?" Jeongin asked in response

"No...but I'm still not gonna be his partner, someone was probably absent today and that person can just work with him" Seungmin replied

"Okay but what if that person ends up being extremely attractive and Felix ends up dating them? That person could be you if you stop being stubborn" Minho explained

"Stop" Seungmin sighed "I'm leaving now"

"You still have time to change your mind" Hyunjin yelled at him as he walked away

"He's not gonna do it" Minho replied "I should go now, I have to text Jisung. He looked upset. Bye, see you tomorrow"

"I should go too...I'm already kinda late for something. Bye Hyunjinnie" Jeongin said with a smile as he started walking away

"Wait, what are you late for?" Hyunjin asked

"A girl in my History class asked me to hang out with her" Jeongin explained

"A date?" Hyunjin asked

"Uhh kinda? I dont know" Jeongin replied

"Oh...have fun" Hyunjin said with a hint of sadness in his voice as he ruffled the youngers hair

"Thank you" Jeongin said as he walked away
