After the last bell rang Seungmin walked to his locker to meet up with Haneul since they were supposed to hang out today

He didn't, however, think about how his friends were going to react seeing him after he sat with Felix at lunch randomly

"Seungmin what the heck?!" Hyunjin asked immediately when he saw Seungmin

"Huh?" Seungmin asked as he looked at Hyunjin extremely confused

"Lunch? You sat with Felix?" Jeongin asked causing Seungmin to finally realize why they were acting weird

"Oh, yeah...I unblocked him and told him that we could be freinds again yesterday" Seungmin explained and tried to play it off as if it wasn't a big deal to prevent them from freaking out and overreacting

"And you didn't tell us because?"

"You would have told me not to"

"Minnie. I get that you've liked him for a long time but I think you should move on" Hyunjin suggested

"I know what I'm doing" Seungmin said as he tried to reassure them with a small smile "I'll try not to forgive him completely too quickly"

"Okay but Seung-" Jeongin got cut off by Haneul who finally showed up and grabbed Seungmin's hand

"Are you ready to go?"

"Yeah...bye guys" Seungmin said then quickly walked away with Haneul so that he wouldn't have to listen to any more lecturing...that didn't quite work out for him though

"Why did you sit with Felix?" Haneul questioned as they continued walking

"Can you guys please just let me live?" Seungmin asked dramatically as he sighed " We are friends again. It's not that big of a deal"

"So it's not a big deal that he made you cry and it took me, Minho, Hyunjin, and Seungmin to come over and bring you ice cream to get you to even open your door?"

"It's in the past" Seungmin shrugged

"You wouldn't talk o me for two weeks after we started dating because I dropped one of your Day6 albums by accident. You forgave Felix in days after he made you an emotional mess"

"I value Day6 more than my own emotions" Seungmin explained, not wanting to admit that he didn't hold a grudge only because it was Felix who hurt him

"If you only forgave Felix to be his friend again...then can this be a date?" Haneul asked which caused Seungmin to suddenly stop walking and Haneul turned to face him "hmm?"

"Why would you want this to be a date?" Seungmin questioned with an awkward laugh

"I know you aren't stupid Seungmin. I've made it obvious that I still have feelings for you"

"I'm sorry" Seungmin apologized, not really knowing what else to say. He could tell that Haneul missed them from how much he would talk about times when they were still dating and how clingy he was but he was hoping that he wouldn't say anything about it and eventually meet someone else

"You still like Felix after all of that?" Haneul asked

"What? Why is this all about Felix?" Seungmin asked

"Nevermind" Haneul mumbled "one more date? I miss us. I just want to have one last memory of being with you"

Seungmin took a minute to think about it 'what's the worst that can happen?' he asked himself

"Fine" he responded to Haneul who smiled and continued pulling Seungmin's hand towards where ever he was planning on taking him

'Nothing bad will happen' Seungmin told himself so he would stop feeling so anxious and after a few minutes of convincing himself he smiled softly at Haneul

"This place is still open?" Seungmin asked surprised as Haneul led him inside of the small cafe that they used to go to on dates very often

"You never tried going here after I left?" Haneul questioned as they sat down at a small familiar booth

"No...I kinda forgot that it existed"

Haneul nodded in understanding then ordered for both of them as Seungmin looked at him in shock

"You remember what I used to order?"

"Of course, how could I not? We came here at least once a week" Haneul reminded him as Seungmin showed a small smile

He never realized that any of it meant so much to Haneul, once Seungmin started crushing on Felix he started forgetting about his and Haneul's relationship

'I kneed to remind myself to try to set him up with someone later' Seungmin thought to himself

The two ate their food and talked about life until they both finished and Haunel paid for both of them before grabbing Seungmin's hand and leading him out of the cafe

"I could have paid for myself" Seungmin pouted

"It's a date, Minnie our last to be specific. I wanted too" Haneul responded while smiling which caused Seungmin to feel guilty since he had completely forgotten about agreeing that it could be a date in the first place

"Thanks" Seungmin said quietly and Haneul just nodded as they continued walking in silence

"Where are we going?" Seungmin questioned, wanting to break the silence after a few minutes of quietness

"Just to the park" Haunel responded as they finally got there and sat down on a bench which seemed oddly familiar to Seungmin...

It was the bench that he and Felix were sitting on when they almost kissed on their date...or as Felix would have called is a 'hangout'

Seungmin suddenly heard his ringtone which was currently 'Shoot Me' by Day6 as he quickly pulled it out and answered it

After a few minutes of talking, he hung up and looked at Haunel "I'm really sorry"

"For what?"

"My mom called me and she needs me to come home" Seungmin explained

"It's okay, I had fun. Thank you for agreeing to this"

"Yeah..." Seungmin trialed off "I'm gonna go now, see you at school" he said as he tried to stand up to leave but Haneul grabbed his wrist to get him to sit back down "hmm?"

"There's just one more thing that I want to do on out date" Haneul explained as he started moving closer to Seungmin who suddenly stopped him by putting his hand over his mouth which caused Haneul to move away again

"I- I don't think that's necessary"

"Please? Just one more time?" Haneul said with a hopeful look in his eyes

"...Fine" Seungmin finally agreed as he stayed still and Haneul moved closer to him

It was a short kiss between both of them, It didn't even mean anything to Seungmin. He didn't even feel his heart skip a beat like it used to...or as it did with Felix

It did, however, mean a lot to the person who watched it happen as he was casually passing by

Sorry if this chapter was boring...the next one will be more focused on Seungmin and Felix (＞＜)
