"Hi" Felix said in a tired voice as he approached Hyunjin, Jeongin, And Seungmin after school. Minho and Jisung had already gone somewhere else together
"Are you sure you want to work on the project today?" Seungmin asked but Felix immediately shook his head yes
"Felix you look sad" Hyunjin commented randomly as Felix looked up at him "y'know...if you want a hug, Seungmin is just as clingy as you are" he said as he pushed Seungmin towards Felix
"Hyunjin!" Seungmin yelled as he backed away and Felix smiled a bit at the situation
"Well, gotta go. Bye Felix, bye Seungmin" Hyunjin said quickly as Jeongin followed him
"I'm going to ki-" Seungmin started to threaten Hyunjin but Felix cut him off as he grabbed his hand
"Let's go" He said as they started walking together and Seungmin's eyes didn't leave their hands
Once they had already walked half of the way to Felix's house he looked at Seungmin to see him still staring at their hands so Felix pulled his away
"Sorry if I made you uncomfortable" Felix said, wishing that he would have just kept his hand there and not have said anything. Even though Minho and Jisung had only been dating for a day he missed holding hands with someone and having someone to cuddle with but he knew Jisung couldn't do that anymore, at least not with him
"I wasn't uncomfortable" Seungmin replied, hoping that Felix would grab his hand again, but he didn't. He just nodded and continued walking with Seungmin trailing behind him
The rest of the walk to Felix's house was quiet, neither of them said a word to each other. Seungmin was used to Felix starting conversations to avoid silence, and Felix was too lost in thought to even realize how silent it was
Felix opened the door to his house while Seungmin followed him to his room. Felix silently started working on the project which Seungmin definitely found strange but he decided not to say anything about it and sat down in the chair beside Felix and did the same
About five minutes later Seungmin looked over to see Felix spaced out and not even doing actual work so he finally decided to ask what he's been wanting to ask Felix since lunch
"Are you okay?" Seungmin asked in a quiet tone that seemed to pull Felix out of his thoughts
"Huh? Oh sorry, I got distracted" Felix apologized, as he looked back at his laptop and started reading again
"Let's take a break from working" Seungmin said as he closed his laptop then reached over to close Felix's
"We just started working though?" Felix said in a questioning tone as he looked at Seungmin with a puzzled facial expression
"Yeah but we just got out of school and I had a test last period so I have a headache" Seungmin lied, he did have a test last period but he was fine to keep working. He just didn't want Felix to blame himself and think that they were taking a break just because Seungmin caught him dazing off
"Really? Do you want me to go get you water or something?" Felix offered
"No, I'm okay" Seungmin reassured "I just don't feel like reading or writing anything right now"
"Oh okay...do you want to watch a movie or something? Then we can work on the project after?" Felix asked and Seungmin nodded
Felix went to sit on his bed as he turned the tv on then motioned his hand for Seungmin to get up from the chair at his desk and sit next to him
Seungmin sat on the opposite side of the bed from Felix with his legs hanging over the edge, staying as far away as he could so he wouldn't somehow make things awkward
Fifteen minutes through the random movie that Felix put on, Seungmin turned to see Felix dazed and still not paying attention to the movie or really anything at all
"Felix" Seungmin said but failed to get his attention so he tried again but it still didn't work
Seungmin moved a bit closer to Felix and gently poked his shoulder which finally made him look at the younger
"Yeah?" Felix asked
"What's wrong?" Seungmin finally asked
"Can I hug you?" Felix asked, ignoring Seungmin's question
Seungmin felt his face heat up as he looked at Felix but was now too flustered to mutter out a response. In his mind, he was screaming at himself to say yes but for some reason, he couldn't get himself to say it out loud
"Umm........sure" Seingmin replied said after a few long minutes of awkward silence
"Thank you" Felix mumbled as he scooted closer to Seungmin and wrapped his arms around him as he laid his head on his shoulder and they both leaned their backs against the backboard of Felix's bed
Seungmin stayed extremely still, scared to breath as his heartbeat was all out of control when he suddenly heard a small laugh come from Felix which only made his heartrate go ever crazier
"Have you never cuddled with someone before?" Felix asked as he moved his head away from his shoulder to look at Seungmin
"Yeah but...It's just been a while" Seungmin explained. Not wanting to tell Felix that the real reason was because he's had a crush on Felix for two years and he was not mentally prepared for this situation at all
"I think you might have forgotten how it works" Felix said as he placed Seungmin's arms around his waist, moved his head to lay on his shoulder, then wrapped his own arms back around Seungmin
Seungmin stayed quiet again and was still a bit tense but he eventually got comfortable as they continued watching the movie
"Hey Minnie" Felix said randomly after a while into the movie but when he didn't get a response he looked at Seungmin's face to see that he had passed out
"Cute" Felix said quietly before he laid his head lightly on top of Seungmin's and eventually fell asleep too
hopefully this doesn't seem too rushed
