"Changbin why are you following me?" Felix asked as he turned around and looked at him
School was over and Felix was walking to meet Seungmin but he noticed Changbin was following close behind him when he would usually go find and talk to Chan
"You're meeting up with Seungmin. I want to talk to him" Changbin responded
"No, we have to work on our project. He doesn't have time to talk to you"
"It will only take a second. You're making Seungmin wait for you. We should go"
"You're so annoying" Felix groaned as he started walking again and saw Seungmin standing by the lockers waiting by himself
"Hi" Seungmin greeted him with a smile but Felix was pouting and quickly grabbed his hand so that they could leave before Changbin could say anything to him
"Wait, Seungmin" Changbin called out which caused the said boy to stop walking and turned around as Felix sighed
"Yeah?" Seungmin asked with a confused facial expression, not knowing why Felix's friend that he barely knew wanted to talk to him
"Can I talk to you for a minute?" Changbin asked then glanced at Felix "In private"
Now Seungmin was even more confused. He had no idea what Changbin could possibly want to talk to him about in private
He looked over at Felix to see him shaking his head no at him
"It won't take long" Changbin said once he saw what was happening
"Umm, maybe tomorrow. We really have to go" Seungmin explained
"Yup. Bye Changbin" Felix said as he grabbed Seungmin's hand again and they walked off campus without Changbin stopping them again
"What did he want to talk to me ab-" Seungmin started to ask Felix after a few minutes of walking in silence but Felix cut him off
"Do you like anyone?"
"Why are you asking?" Seungmin asked, now nervous from the question as he felt his heart start racing
"I'm just curious...do you have a crush on anyone?"
"Maybe" Seungmin replied, hoping that Felix didn't somehow figure out that he likes him
"Is it a boy or a girl?" Felix questioned, taking Seungmin's 'maybe' as a yes. He didn't know why it bothered him so much that Changbin wanted to ask Seungmin out or why he felt a little bit mad that Seungmin had a crush. If 'mad' was even the right word to use
"Boy" Seungmin replied as he glanced at Felix anxiously
"What's his name?"
"I would rather not say"
"Is it Changbin?" Felix asked as he stopped walking and looked at Seungmin who blushed as they made eye contact
"No" Seungmin replied simply
"Okay good. I don't think you should talk to him"
"Isn't he your friend though?"
"Yeah but that doesn't mean that you have to be friends with him. He's being a brat"
"How so?"
"He just...is. don't talk to him unless I'm with you okay?" Felix asked and Seungmin just nodded despite the fact that he had no idea why Felix didn't want him to talk to Changbin
"Okay, let's go" Felix said as he grabbed Seungmin's hand again and they continued walking
Once they got to Felix's house they started working on the project which they were now almost done with
"Can we take a break now?" Felix asked after a while of them working on it
"We only have one slide left to finish. Why would we not just get it over with?" Seungmin questioned
"You can come back over tomorrow and we can finish it" Felix explained, honestly just wanting to hang out with Seungmin more
"I can hang out without having the project to work on" Seungmin replied "Unless you were just saying that because you're tired or something"
"No, I said it because I want to hang out with you tomorrow" Felix admitted
"Then we can hang out tomorrow. We should finish the project today" Seungmin said as he went back to typing and Felix stayed still and starred at Seungmin, not even realizing that he was doing so
"Felix stop" Seungmin said after a few minutes, which caused Felix to realize what he was doing
"Sorry" Felix mumbled 'what is wrong with me?'
"It's okay...our project is finished"
"Yay!" Felix said happily "Let's watch a movie again"
Felix sat down on his bed and motioned for Seungmin to sit next to him
He immediately pulled Seungmin into a hug in which Seungmin hugged him back right away, unlike last time
"You're really cute" Seungmin said, catching Felix off guard
"N-no, you" Felix replied as his face suddenly turned red
"No, you" Seungmin replied
"Don't say stuff like that. Don't you have a crush?" Felix asked
"You say it to me though"
"That's different"
"No it's not"
"You're acting weird" Felix mumbled
"I know" Seungmin replied, not knowing where his sudden confidence was coming from
"What movie do you wanna watch?" Felix asked as he let go of Seungmin and got his tv remote
"Whatever you want to watch" Seungmin replied
"That's not helpful" Felix sighed
"Then just put on something random" Seungmin said as he pressed the play button and a random movie started playing
"That works I guess" Felix said as he started watching the tv screen and wrapped his arms around Seungmin again
"Do you have a crush?" Seungmin asked although he was a bit scared to hear the answer
"No" Felix replied
"Hmm...okay" Seungmin said simply. He wasn't sure what he wanted to Felix's answer to be. If he said yes Seungmin would have automatically assumed that it wasn't him. But at least Felix saying 'no' it gave him more hope then the other answer would have
"Wait...why are you asking?" Felix asked as he became curious
"You asked me if I had one so I wanted to ask you too" Seungmin replied
"Oh...I'm tired" Felix said as he rubbed his eyes since he also stayed up late doing homework the previous night
"Then go to sleep"
"Don't you have to leave soon though?" Felix asked
"I don't have any other homework that I have to do today if that's what you are wondering so not necessarily"
"Okay then" Felix said as he closed his eyes
Seungmin stayed still, debating on doing something that he could possibly regret but he decided to just go for it
He gently kissed the top of Felix's head which caused the older to open his eyes and look at Seungmin
"Sorry" Seungmin apologized, quickly regretting his decision
"No, It's okay...Jisung never did that though. I just wasn't expecting it" Felix replied with a small smile as he closed his eyes again
'Right' Seungmin thought to himself 'I'm still just a replacement for Jisung'
