Beths POV
I felt Daryl's hand grab my arm and turn me the opposite direction of the prison, that's when we started running. there were walkers everywhere the sound and sights must have attracted the flesh eaters. Daryl and I ran for hours before stopping at a small trailer park.
" I guess here is good for now lets check out that one over there" he pointed toward a small trailer home that had children toys in the front of it. we walked over and Daryl nocked on the window. we waited a few moments before a walker smashed its face on the glass. there seemed to only be one inside the house so we went in. I put it down by putting my blade threw its skull. Daryl was still cautious which is a good thing to be in this world now or else you'll surely die.
*1 hour later*
It had been an hour an we had successfully cleaned out each trailer home, we decided to stay at the trailer park for the night because it was getting dark really dark really fast when we picked a trailer to stay in daryl made my bed and made a homemade one for him on the floor of the bedroom. after we had settled in we sat on the old tortured couches and i read some old book about monkeys and how they thrive in the wild. "hey Daryl?" i asked putting the book down." yeah Beth" he said turning to look at me as he sat on the old broken couch making new bolts for his cross bow." do you think ...... actually Never mind " i said thinking that my question was stupid. " do i think what ?" he replied seeming a little concerned " well i found this bottle of wine in one of the trailers well do you think we could drink it maybe play a drinking game?" Daryl looked at me a little bit confuse and a little bit shocked when he said " you've never drank before. Have you?" i shook my head no. "well we got nothin' better ta do " i let out a small excited squeal and Daryl laughed a little. i got up and grabbed two wine glasses from the trailers kitchen when i came back Daryl had set the living room up, so that we could sit on pillows on the floor and set our drinks on the coffee table." nice interior decorating " i said flashing a smile he smiled back and stuck out his tounge. " take a seat Greene" he commanded and so i did " okay so the game we are gonna play is called never have i ever " i announced,he nodded in reply " okay how do you play this so called game" i smiled at the comment and said " well..... you poor yourself a bit of wine into your glass then, i would say never have i ever done something and if you have done it you drink and if you haven't i drink " he looked a little dazed but it cleared up after about 5 seconds when he said " okay i get it lets play. you go first "
"never have i ever shot a cross bow "
"not much of a game" he a said as he smirked and drank up.
his smile made me blush at the sight of it. but i quickly covered it up and said ." okay your turn"
"never have i ever eaten frozen yogurt"
"oh really okay" i said as i sipped in my first bit of wine.it was a bit ou but i actually kinda liked it
our game went on for hours, it had to be about 1 in the morning when he asked the finale question.
"never have I never kissed someone I actually cared about " said Daryl with a smirk
i drank up then replied " someday Daryl Dixon " I stopped myself before continuing,
" well I'm gonna go to bed I'll see you in the morning " I said with a smile as I got up to go to my room.
acouple minutes later daryl came into the bedroom and sat on his homemade bed on the floor I new he was staring at me,I didnt bring attention to it thinking it was nothing I just slightly opened my eyes and moved over in the bed and lifted up the blanket signalling for him to come up on to it.I thought it would take more persuading to get Daryl to climb up, but he climbed straight in and got comfy in the bed. I could feel his warmth filll the space under the covers.
"goodnight Beth".he said in a sweet voice that id never heard from daryl before.
"Good-night Daryl "I replied in a whisper
