Many were the saviors of the Helimard within the history of Helrriard, beginning with the legendary Eldamar, who led the survivors of the War of the Three Days to the southern lands through the gloomy paths of Herramard.

But while some events happen in the south, others, much more terrible, occurred in the north, due to being closer to the domain of the being.

At the end of the III century, one of the most tragic events in history occurs.

The north suffers from the Extermination of the Helimard, also known by the name of the Massacre of the Infants, because to prevent this civilization from continuing to reproduce, all those under the age of fifteen were killed, along with pregnant women.

The older people of that age would serve as slaves of the Corrupts for the glory of Minhierr.

The massacre began in Arramard, but was spread throughout all Helrriard, even reaching the south.

It lasted for many years, as the Helimard lived hidden, but after years of suffering, in the early IV century, there were no children under the age of fifteen or pregnant women throughout Helrriard, at least not in the view of the Corrupts.

Because in the city of Cronimar, many are those who tried to save the minors.

Elwyn Nisatar, mother of Luaran and Lugair Caertarr, watched her son Luaran embark into the unknown along with other children, while Lugair had been captured by the Corrupts.

Elwyn was killed there in the harbor by the Corrupts, and she had all her hopes in the survival of her son Luaran.

Thus, it is at the end of the III century when the Island of Toramal is discovered, and the Helimard who fled the Extermination settled there.

Luaran grew up in Toramal, and over the years, in the middle of the IV century, together with a crew, he discovered the Island of Astamal.

There he settled and had a daughter named Angana Caertar.

It will be Angana who would discover the Island of Dascamal at the beginning of the V century, thus ending the exploration of the entire world of Helrriard.

Thus, the Helimard who lived within the continent fought for survival against the Corrupts, while the Helimard who lived on the islands, tried to survive against the difficulty of the terrain.

The survival of the Helimard of the islands would become very important with the passing of time, because centuries later, when the Helimard of the continent fought for the reconquest of the cities, at the beginning of the VII century, there in Cronimar, Delcor Targarr, descendant of Angana, arrived just in time to help Lenara Carvener in the reconquest of that city.

And the descendants of Delcor and Lenara would become very important to the conclusion of the war in Helrriard.

The Helimard have always stood out for their survival instinct, and thanks to the union they had both inside and outside the continent, it was possible that they were not extinguished.
