Chapter 5

''Did everything go as planned?'' Alicia sits down on the couch. 

Kath sighs. ''Of course it did. What did you expect?'' 

Alicia narrows her eyes. She points at the wound on Kath's arm. ''What happened?''

Kath shrugs. ''I got shot.'' She simply responds. ''I've been shot before, don't worry.''

''Since when do you get shot?'' Alicia grins. ''Maybe you're not as good as everyone says you are.''

Kath grins back. Then she smacks Alicia in her face with the back of her hand. ''Don't speak to me like that. I might like you, but I don't like you that much.''

Alicia stares at Kath for a few seconds. Her cheek slowly turns red. She grits her teeth before lashing out at her arm. She hits the blaster wound, Kath grunts and falls down. 

''You think this is funny?'' Alicia hisses. ''You do as I tell you to.'' She grabs Kath's hair and pulls her up.

Tears well up in her eyes. Kath murmurs something.

Alicia brings her face closer to Kath. ''What did you say?''

''I'm sorry.'' She whispers.

Alicia lets go of her hair and pushes her face down in the process. ''Good.''

Kath stays down and coughs. 

''For what I've heard, you've been reckless again.'' Alicia sits down again and looks down on Kath. ''You were told not to show your face to anyone, and that's only one of the rules you broke yesterday.'' 

Kath scoffs. ''It's not like they know who I am.''

''Oh, but they will soon enough. You broke out an high risk prisoner, how do you think the First Order will respond?'' Alicia shakes her head. ''They are going to hunt you down, and they won't rest until you are either way dead or captured, preferably the first.''

Kath swallows. ''It was a girl. She was no high risk prisoner.''

''You don't know anything about this girl, do you?'' Alicia laughs. ''It's more of a.. personal matter. You took Kylo Ren's sister away from him. He won't appreciate it.''

''Why would you send me after the sister of the commander of the First Order?! Do you want me to get killed?''

''No. I want to reach my goal. This was a necessary action, even if your identity gets exposed.''

''That's easy for you to say. You're not the one everyone in the galaxy will be hunting down.''

''But you're so talented at what you do, right? I trust you won't get caught.'' Alicia gets up. ''You'll hear from me. Do me a favor and don't come out of this..'' She looks around. ''Cave.'' She turns around and walks away, leaving Kath. Alicia presses a button, sending the message. ''Lets hope this plan works.'' She sighs. 

When Alicia is out of sight, Kath crawls up. She sighs and sits down. Her arm burns like hell, as if it was shot just minutes ago. Gosh, she hates this woman. But she's right. Kath has to do what Alicia tells her to, otherwise the organization will kill her. She's not afraid of anything, except them. What does Kath know about them? Nothing. What do they know about Kath?

Everything.

She only knows the stories. A council of powerful people, who hold powerful positions in the world and it's government. Kath was recruited by them, years ago. After her parents had been killed they offered her a way out. At the time she thought it was a good way to get her revenge, but the years went by en no possibility for revenge ever came. They first used rewards, money, as a way to make her do the things they need her too. After a while they said she had gotten enough, and it was time to give. Kath didn't want to, since she owed them nothing. She killed for them, and they gave her money for it. They didn't agree. Instead of money, they started sending armed men to teach her a lesson. That worked for a while, but Kath learned to defend herself better. It was that moment she heard about the girl. The council had received word about her, and about their relationship. They used it against her.
