Chapter 14

A month later..
Hero P.O.V.
So we have made it two months of being pregnant and holy shit she eats weird things like for example pickles, vanilla ice cream and fries. She ate this at 2am like she woke me up at 1:30 in the morning to go get her french fries from maccas. I absolutely thinking its disgusting but that's what she wanted.. I have been trying to make sure she isn't stressed out. Some days she has an early morning shift and some days she has later shifts and some times in the weeks she will work at home. Today she is at a therapist appointment and then will be at work a little later on.. But for me I now have to attend a gross meeting. But a little text will be okay, I am in the meeting but grab my phone out and put it under the table.

TO Babygirl: HEYY I AM BORED
From Babygirl: HAHA I am stuck in the waiting room so me too!!
To Babygirl: I have a joke for you
FROM babygirl: oh god no
To Babygirl: I would like to make a toast but I dont have any bread
FROM Babygirl: ....
TO Baby girl: Okay I have another one
FROM BABYGIRL: Please no
TO Babygirl: pleaseeeeeee
FROM Babygirl: Okay quickly go
TO Babygirl: knock knock

To Babygirl: Britney spears
From Babygirl: Britney spears who?
To Babygirl: Opps, I did it again..
From Babygirl: Hahaha nice, Baby I love you but I have to go!! Have fun at your meeting!!
To Babygirl: I love you and I won't
Can't believe she didn't like the bread one like that is a classic right there... oh well.
Sam P.O.V.
OMG he has never done that but that was very cute. I put my phone on silent and then headed into the appointment. I sat down and looked at Ashley and said "I am worried I am not going to be a good mother at all." "hmm and why do you get this feeling?" "My mum left me at the age of two and I am not completely healed from the incident. " "I dont want to sound cruel but are you sure it is Hero's?" I never thought about it like that until now. "I believe it is I was already two months pregnant when I had my first scan. Its been one month since my last scan." "Well that's good and now about your mum, it is not your fault that she walked out on you when you were little. And it will take time for you to become a good mum, You will make mistakes Sam but that comes with learning but no matter what you won't give up and you been worried about this shows that you love and care for this child but you need to try stay calm.
After the session..
I was busting to go to the bathroom so I rushed right there. As soon as I get into the stall I look down and saw blood and it wasn't spotting it was like gushing amounts of blood. I quickly stand up, pull my pants up and wash my hands and walk into the waiting room area. I could feel myself getting really dizzy, I felt eyes water and throat almost dry up. Everything soon went black and I hit the floor...
Ashley P.O.V.
I was in the waiting room getting ready for my other patients but Sam came out almost drunk walking and she fell to the ground and her eyes were shut and then I rushed to her side with the phone and called triple zero, letting them know that she is pregnant and that she is still in her first trimester. Then her phone rings and saw it is her boyfriend Hero.

Hero; Hey baby girl, how was your appointment ?
Me: Um hero its Ashley, I am Sam's therapist she is currently passed out in the waiting room. I have called an ambulance and they are on their way. Meet her at the Prince Charles hospital immediately.
Hero: Okay thank you for letting me know..
Then he hanged up and sure enough the ambulance arrived and rushed in with a hospital travel bed and they lifted her up and said "Whats her name?" "Sam" "Okay thank you" they grabbed her belongings and took her back into the ambulance and drove away.

Hero P.O.V.
As soon as I got to the hospital I went to emergency and said " Sam Boland" the lady looked at me and said "um sorry Hun she isn't in the system." "What do you mean my girlfriend was sent here by an ambulance" soon enough the doors open and I saw her laying on a bed and I rushed to her side and the lady who I was talking to grabbed me back and said "sorry sir you need to stay here, we will come back straight away once we knows whats going on." I followed her instructions so they can help my girl and I started to pace the floor back and forth, please be okay..
Half an hour..
The lady came out and Said "Hero" I stood up and dried my tears and said "That's me" and she said "okay come with me" I followed her to a ward and she showed me to the bed that Sam is in. I walked over to her and pulled her into a hug. I looked back at the nurse and said "Whats happen?" Sam but up first and said "I had a miscarriage" I looked back at her and said "no" "Baby I am so sorry I lost the baby" "No baby girl its not your fault at her." I wiped her tears away and kissed her lips. The nurse walk away and I held onto her hand and said "We will get through this I promise." She moved over and pat a hand on the bed and said " come and lay next to me." So I did and held her tight into my chest. She cried on my chest and I silently cried too. Its sad whats happen and I said " Baby did this happen cause of what I said to you? Please be honest." " Yes and No. I was still hurt about by it but the other reason as I was still healing from Toby. I was stressing over things and now I feel so bad because" "No stop right there neither one of this is our faults. It just wasn't our time now I love you and I don't blame you at all." "I dont blame you at all either and I love you." "Sam can you please tell me what I said to you.. It will make me feel a whole lot better, I hate that I hurt you" "Okay, You said to me: You will be a good mumma but don't leave this baby like your mum did to you cause you know how it feels and that would make you shit." Holy fuck how could I say that to her that is so fucking low, no wonder she was hurt by it. "Baby I am so sorry I was an insensitive prick and I am so sorry I hurt you. I didn't mean to say it to you at all." "I know baby, I want you to understand that it is not your fault so please don't blame yourself at all." " I won't, Please forgive me." "Baby I forgave you a month ago. I love you" She soon fell asleep on my chest.. and a nurse came back in and said "So we are going to monitor until tomorrow, she lost a lot of blood. But please feel free to stay here with your girlfriend" "thankyou" she left us be and I shut the curtain around us and laid back with her and fell asleep and to think I thought today would be a good day but now we are mourning over our unborn child.
