The next day..
At the police station
Hero P.O.V.
The moment we step in here we put in a room, Sam is sitting and fidgeting while I am standing and I look over at the officer and say "Why is he getting contacted with the people he was with aren't they all supposed to me in jail?!?!" The officer looked and said "One got away but we tracked down him and as we are speaking I have a team going to get him now. Now that Toby has done this him and his team will be going away for a long time his lawyer can't and physically have anything  to keep him out of jail and he won't be getting parole. We have the court time with Toby now, its live would you like to watch it." I looked over at Sam and she said "Yes" The officer grabs his laptop and sets it up in front of me and they hit play and I sit down, Making Sam grab my hand. We watch as the judge came in through the court case.  For the first time in a while we Saw Toby he was glaring at the judge after about fifty two minutes, Toby was told by the judge that he is going away for kidnapping and attempt for murder for forty years. I look over at Sam with tears in her eyes and she said "I am safe now" "Yes baby you are" the officer look at us and said right now the guy who was after you Sam is just come in now, you can have a conversation to him if you like." Honestly I don't think she should but I will let her respond.

"Yes I would" I looked at her shock and she said to me "I wanna know why" I guess why he ran away and still wanted to target her.  She stood up and walk with the guard I came too and we stop at the room he was in and the guy smirked and said "Its good to see you princess" Sam rolled her eyes and said "Why were you looking for me again? What the fuck do you want?" He look at her and said "Isn't obvious, He doesn't want anyone with you and neither do I" "BUT WHY?" "Well for one reason I am your older brother so I don't want you seeing this dickhead and two You fucking ruined my best mates life." "WHAT THE FUCK I DON'T HAVE ANY SIBLINGS AND I DIDN'T RUIN HIS LIFE HE DID!! YOU BOTH HAVE RUINED ME! I FUCKING CRY ALL THE DAMN TIME AND I AM SCARED TO PUT TRASH IN THE RUBBISH BIN! GO ROT IN HELLL!" Then she walked away to be exact outside of the building. I look at the guard when he shut the door and he said "Do you want me to check the records to see if they are siblings?" "Yes thank you, but call me cause I am not sure if she would be ready to know if that's the truth just yet." "Absolutely no worries, see you guys soon." I walked out and saw standing there with no emotion. I walked over and said "Lets go to your dad's to get the girls" she just nod her head and we walked to the car and got in and I immediately drove to her dad's house. She looked at me and I said "I don't wanna tell my dad about what the guy said at the police station." "Okay well I asked the police guard who was in there to check the records to see if its true, what happen if it is true what are you going to do then?" "He will still go to jail, He fucking raped me and tried to kill me and now try to target our friends and family, he will never ever be my brother." "Okay baby girl" She rubs my palm and said "Sorry, I just don't wanna talk about it" I kissed her cheek instead of saying anything and then said "Lets go get our children" She got out of the car and I did too and followed her to the front door. She knocked on the door and we  instantly heard the girls barking,  Alice always barks and I think Shady is now been taught. Oh god. Her dad opens the door and Sam bent down and Shady comes running towards her and then Alice comes out no where running towards me and I said "Hi babygirl's" I saw Sam struggling to stand up so I helped her up. Her dad looked at us and said "You guys are back early why?" "Sam answered quickly and said "We missed the girls and decided to come home early" "Hahaha fair enough, are you going to come in and or nah?" Sam looked at me and I shrugged and she said "We will come in thanks dad"
Three hours later..
Sam P.O.V.
We are back in the hotel now and the girls have baked once since being here and Hero got mad at them so they haven't done it again. I know he is mad my so called brother raped me, He has gone running and honestly if it wasn't because Belle was here I would be scared shit less to stay here by myself. Though being cooped up in here like a chicken really is making me wanna go to the shops, Harry is at the studio and I look at Belle and say "do you wanna go down to the beach for a bit, its not raining?" She looks at me and said "no" She loves the beach So I am surprised that she doesn't wanna go. I look at her and say "Why?" "I am feeling a bit off today, I just don't wanna do anything, my period is suppose to come in a couple of days.." "oh okay fair enough." She went to her room to have a nap and I looked at the girls and said "lets have a nap too" I made sure the door was locked and that my key was in my purse and that everything had been turned off before heading into my room.. He cannot be my brother right??
