Escape room with enemy~

"Hey, y/n wanna go to the amusement park this weekend?" Your best friend Sam said through the phone. "I don't know, Sam," You said since you kinda knew what was going to happen there. "Oh come on!! There is this really cool escape room ride there. I wanna go there but with you," Sam said and whined like a baby while you chuckled. "I knew that already. you have been talking about it since last week," You said and laughed. "I want you to be there with me," She said confusing you. "Why?" You asked as you sat down on your bed. "Because....Mark asked me out and he is going to take me there and you know I can get very nervous so I want you to be there with me," She said and you decided to tease her a bit. "Why will you be nervous?" You asked even though you knew why. 

"You know he is my crush then why are you asking me?" She snapped and yelled through the phone making you laugh out loud. "I just wanted to tease you. But I really don't wanna go. I will be third-wheeling that's all," You said and rolled your eyes. "I took care of that," She said. "How?" You asked. "Mark will bring his friend. so you can hang out with him while helping me not freak out," She said and you sighed. "Okay fine," You said. "YESSSS! Thank you," Sam said in full excitement. "Yeah yeah," You said and chuckled. You both decided what to wear and where to meet in the park. You flopped on your bed and after a while, you drifted to your dreamland.

 You woke up as your alarm was ringing for almost 5 minutes. You sighed and quickly turned it off before placing a pillow over your face. You stayed like that for a while but then you saw the clock and it was time for you to get ready for the FORCED date at the amusement park. You let out a big sigh and dragged yourself to your closet. You grabbed your close then headed to the bathroom. 

You came out with messy wet hair, You had your cute gray hoodie on that had bunny ears on them making them look even cuter with ripped jeans. You dried your hair then put on some light makeup. You walked downstairs and didn't find anyone home. "As always," You said and sighed. Your house was always very quiet. Your parents were mostly on official trips and since you were the only child it was very boring. You walked to the kitchen and found a note on the fridge. "Hey baby, sorry we have to leave again but don't worry we will be back by next week. We love you so much. Mom and Dad," You read the note out loud and let out a sigh again then threw the note away as you rolled your eyes. 

You made yourself a quick sandwich and then while grabbing your bag and keys you left. You texted Sam to let her know that you have left the house and now you are on your way to the amusement park. You got stuck in traffic which pissed you off even more than you already were because of your parents. You groaned and soon you were out of it. You parked your car then looked for the ride where you and Sam decided to meet. You looked around for a while until you found the rollercoaster ride where you were going to meet Sam. You waited there while looking around to find your best friend running to you with Mark next to her. You smiled as she hugged you. "Hey finally you're here," You said and passed a smile to Mark. He smiled back. "Thanks for coming. Ja-....where did he go?" He said but then looked around for his friend who you were going to spend time with. 

You all were looking around but then you saw your enemy walking towards you all. You rolled your eyes and crossed your arms over your chest. "There you are. Guys this is Jace my best friend," Mark said while Jace smirked at you. You and Jace never got along. You liked him for a very long time even though you both were enemies. Your feelings eventually died as you saw that his behavior won't change towards you no matter how nice you would act with him. You never understood why you both were so mean to each other? Always dissing each other. You both never agreed on anything. Arguing was the one thing you both were great at. You were in disbelief that mark's best friend was Jace who he never mentioned. 

Sam looked at you as she knew you did not like that Jace was the one you will be hanging out with. It was not her fault, she never knew Jace was Mark's best friend until today. "Hey guys," Jace said as he passed a smile that soon turned into a smirk as his eyes landed on you. "Hi. I didn't know you were going to be here?" Sam said as she looked at Mark with a death glare. "Well here I am," Jace said and you rolled your eyes. "Yeah you are," You mumbled. "Hm? Did you say something?" Jace said as he knew you did say something. Mark was confused with both of your behaviors. "Nothing," You said and fake smiled at him. "y/n can I talk to you for a sec?" Sam said as she took you to aside. " I can't believe you brought him here?!" You snapped, you were already mad at your parents for leaving without meeting you, then the traffic and then now this.
