Walking out of your bedroom you went downstairs and found your boyfriend in the kitchen. You made your way to him and saw him trying to find something on his phone while the kitchen island was filled with eggs and flour. You giggled as you saw his face which was confused and stressed. "What's wrong baby?" He looked at you then gave a quick smile before looking back at his phone screen. "I just can't find the right recipe." He sighed while you placed your head on his shoulder. You looked at his phone and tried to hold your laugh but it was quite hard. "Are you seriously trying to find a recipe about pancakes? Baby it's very easy." You moved him aside and turned the stove on while he looked at your dumbfounded. You started making pancakes while he stared or more like admired you. Soon you were done and cleaned the kitchen island before placing the pancakes on the table.

Your boyfriend, Jace Norman was the most incredible boyfriend you could have asked for. He was perfect in every way. He was your first ever boyfriend and you always prayed that you both will last together forever. Jace prayed for the same thing. His parents adored you and even told Jace extra handed not to lose you. It hasn't been that long since you two started dating. You both were going to finish your third month together.

You placed the pancakes down on the table and sat down. Jace stood in front of the table and stared at the table perfectly set. You grabbed your fork while he stood there. You looked at him confused. "What's wrong baby?" He looked at you with a light pout which only showed up in front of you. "I wanted to make breakfast for us." He looked down while you smiled before getting up from your chair. "Okay big baby you can make it tomorrow. Now eat before these get cold." You pulled his chair and softly pushed him on the chair. He sat down with a grumpy face which made you laugh at how cute he was being. "Don't laugh!" He pouted before taking a bite of his pancakes. You kissed his cheek before going back to your seat.

"What do you wanna do today?" Jace asked as you made your way to the couch and sat down next to him. You started thinking until he spoke. "How about we go to the mall? We can also eat lunch there." You nodded. "Yeah that's good." With that you went to your room to get ready. He followed you and went to the bathroom while you picked your outfit for today. You were putting your daily makeup on while you saw Jace getting out of the bathroom with wet messy hair only a towel wrapped around his waist. You couldn't help but to stare at him. He smirked then spoke. "Take a picture, it will last longer." You blinked before looking away. Yes you were blushing so the best way to hide your face was to look away.

"You don't need blush baby. I am make you blush in a second." He came behind you and winked at you in the mirror then went to get dressed leaving all flustered. "He is mean." You pouted and huffed. After finishing your makeup, you looked at your outfit for one last time before heading downstairs. Jace was looking at his phone waiting for you. "Hey let's go?" He looked up as he saw you. Looking at you from head to toe, he smirked again before wrapping his arms around you. "What?" You were taken aback at this sudden action not that this was new to you but still. "Nothing...Just...That my girl is so pretty I can't look away." He pecked before winking at you and leaving you flustered. "Y-you can't just say things like that and act like nothing happened!" You protested but Jace just laughed. "Well at least I admit it and not stare like how you did to me." You were left speechless. "Well....That's cuz...I was...I was just..." You couldn't come up with any excuse. "Just what? Checking me out?" You huffed and pecked his lips then ran away.

Both of you got to the mall. You were looking around with your hands threaded with Jace's. "Oh I wanna check out that store." You jumped with joy and pulled Jace with you inside a store. Jace chuckled at your cute act. You let go of his hand and started looking around and Jace did the same. He was looking around until someone tapped his shoulder making him turn. He gave a little smile as he saw the person who tapped his shoulder. "Hey Jace. How have you been?" The female asked as he hugged him to which he responded back. "I'm good what about you, Isabella?" Yes it was his ex. Both of them talked for a while until you came to Jace asking him about a shirt. "Hey babe..." You paused as you saw Isabella with Jace. She gave you a smile before looking at Jace with confused face. "Jace who is this?" She asked while you opened your mouth to say something but Jace spoke before you. "Oh this is my friend, y/n." His words stabbed you in your heart.
Friend? Are we friends or a couple? You thought while holding in your tears.

"Friend? Huh? Well last time I checked you were my boyfriend and I was your girlfriend. Then consider yourself single again, Friend." You emphasized on the word "Friend" and quickly left leaving both of them speechless. "Jace why would you lie? It's okay if she was your girlfriend. I have a boyfriend too..." Jace knew he messed up big time. He didn't anything to Isabella and quickly ran after you.

He ran to the parking area to see if you were there or not and no you were not there. He went back inside and called you but you didn't answer him. He started panicking big time, breathing heavily as he thought he lost you forever. He kept on looking around until his eye caught a familiar figure sitting on the bench in the park that was right in front of the mall. He quickly ran not caring about the cars on the road. As he came near you he heard sniffles and muffled cries. It was his first time seeing your cry. And this sigh broke his heart to millions of pieces. "Y/n..." You looked away as you heard the familiar voice coming from the person you loved with your whole heart. "Babe please listen to me-" You cut him off and spoke. "Don't call me that. You said it yourself. We are friends then why are you calling me babe?" He kneeled down to you, trying to make eye contact with you but you ignored him.

"Look I know I messed up but please listen to me-" He pleaded but you stood up, ready to leave when he held your wrist. "Y/n please let me explain. I don't know why I said that. I honestly don't know. It came out on its own. I never meant any of that. I am proud to call you my girlfriend. And I know I don't deserve to be forgiven but please don't leave me. I truly love you. Don't think that I am ashamed of you. You are my pride. Please don't leave me." By this time he was crying too. He was never the one who would try but he was honest and his honesty was shown in his voice and his tears. He let go of your wrist, thinking that you would leave now but you quickly pulled him into a hug once you saw his red face.

He was shocked but he held you tightly and cried on your shoulder while you kept on stroking his back. "I can't leave you. It's hard for me because I love you so much. And I believe you. We have been dating for a little while not and we haven't met many of your friends as a couple so you are use to introducing me as your friend. I was just so upset when I heard you friend-zone me. But I promise I won't leave you." You planted a kiss in his cheek then his forehead and then his nose. After wiping his tears away he quickly pulled you in for a kiss to which you replied with same love. "I am so sorry." You giggled before speaking. "It's okay baby. Come on let's go home and cuddle." You pulled him but he pulled you instead. "What?" You looked at him confused. "Don't you wanna get that shirt first?" You thought before shaking your head. "Nah. I wanna cuddle." He chuckled. "No we will cuddle after we get you that shirt. My gift as an apology." He pulled you and started walking.

"I said it's okay. I don't need any gifts." You protested but he didn't listen and brought you that shirt. "Now we will cuddle with you in this shirt cuz it's looks adorable on you." You grinned and pecked his cheek as a thank you. He shook his head. "No I want it here." He pointed at his lips. You rolled your eyes before pressing your lips with his. You were trying to pull away but he didn't let you and smirked between the kiss. "Let's do something more fun at home." He pressed a kiss on your neck and by that you knew what was going to happen after you get
home. Just by thinking about it made you blush.
