Living in your own apartment had always been your dream. It made you feel independent and confident. Today was the day when you were going to leave your parents house and move to your apartment.

You were having mixed feelings since your mom was very sad that you were leaving her. Whereas you dad was very positive and motivating you and your mom.

You grabbed your bag and headed out of your room. Seeing it last time you sighed deeply and slightly smiled. As you walked downstairs you heard your dad comforting your mom.

"Hey it will be okay. Trust her." Your dad said which made you smile. "I do trust her. I just don't trust the world. How will I know that she is eating ad sleeping on time? What if someone breaks in? As a mother I am worried.." you mom said and your dad hugged her.

"It will be okay mom. That complex is the most safe on in the whole city. Tones of foreigners live there. And what you said about my sleeping and eating routine, you know I am great at following the timings.

That's what my amazing parents have taught me." You said and saw your mom opening her arms for you to hug her. You hugged her tightly and felt your dad wrap his hands around both of you. The family hug lasted a bit longer.

"Thank you for trusting me. I love you both so much!" You said and kissed your moms cheeks then your dads. They giggled and kissed you back.

You got in your car and waved them one more time before starting your car and leaving. You saw them wave back. Your mom had teary eyes as your car disappeared out of their sights. Your dad rubbed her back and took her inside the house.

You arrived at your apartment and took a deep breath before taking out your bags. Your furniture and large suitcases were already there which you kept yesterday.

You locked the car and walked into the building. As you walked out of the elevator your head hit a hard chest. You rubbed your head and looked up to see a good looking guy. "I'm sorry I didn't see you." You said and smiled while he rolled his eyes. "Get your eyes checked." He said and scoffed making you frown.

"I said I am sorry. You don't have to be so rude." You mumbled which was loud enough for him to hear.

He didn't say anything but quickly got into the elevator. You opened your apartment door and walked in while shrugging off the bad mood that was building up inside you. You laced your bag in the bedroom and decided to get some groceries.

You parked your car and opened the trunk to get the bags. There were too many bags but you still somehow managed to get them all in one trip since you were not in the mood to come down again to get the rest of the bags.

As you walked in the elevator you pressed your floor and placed the bags down. Your hands were shaking because of too much weight. Your palms were red so you quickly rubbed them together. After a while to elevator door opened revealing that same cold guy.

You rolled your eyes and grabbed your bags but your hands were shaking and paining very much. He saw your hands but didn't do anything besides stepping aside and placing his hand on the elevator door so that it doesn't close.

You blood boiled as he didn't even bother to help you. You took a deep breath and held the back, well more like dragged them to your door. He saw this whole thing but didn't do anything.

You quickly got inside and placed the bags on the kitchen island. "That guy is getting on my nerves." You said and decided to take a long nice shower to calm yourself down.

You got out of the bathroom and went to dry to hair. It didn't take you long to do that. You soon walked to the kitchen and started making yourself dinner. Days went by and you and your cold neighbor became more like enemies.
