Shikamaru had to literally drag me from the gates of the village. Even still I waved, while he dragged me across the ground by my collar. "Ida they can't see you anymore, stop!" Shikamaru commanded.
"I will when you let me go." I defied, still waving. Suddenly I fell, my head hitting the ground.
"There I let go."
"Thank you." I grinned, jumping up. Shikamaru, I noticed, started walking off without me, "Hey where are you going Shika?"
"I have to meet my team. We're celebrating Choji getting out of the hospital." Shikamaru explained.
"Oh that sounds like I team thing, I'll not come." I decided.
"I'm sure Asuma won't mind."
"Will Ino be there?" I questioned, feeling more inclined to go.
"Yeah." Shikamaru smirked, predicting my next reaction.
"Suddenly I have plans." I exclaimed, looking down at my bare wrist.
"I can't say I blame you." Then with a heavy sigh Shikamaru turned to leave. Before he did he gave me a quick, "See ya Ida."
"Bye Shika!" I called after him.
"Shikamaru." He corrected before leaving.
"Well what shall I do now?" I asked myself. "Naruto is God knows where and Sakura is trying to heal a fish. So I have nothing to do. Maybe I could visit Hinata, but then again she is always busy now." I paused in my conversation, "I know! I'll finally start my plans to take over this world!" Cue evil laugh. "Now where did I put those piñatas. And I'll also need my-"
"Um Ida, are you okay?" A very familiar voice asked.
I turned to see Kiba and Shino standing ten feet away from me.
"I'm fine." I assured, "Why what have you heard?" This time I sounded more frantic, "Don't listen to anything Ricardo says. They're all lies I say! Lies!"
"Whose this Ricardo you speak of?" Shino asked in his really deep voice.
"Has your voice always been like that?" I asked, looking up at him.
"Like what?"
"You sound like I'd imagine all those sophisticated penguins. All 'chip chip cheerio, mate.'" I explained.
"Sakura was right you are insane." Kiba laughed.
"Aww Sakura said that about me, she's so nice." I grinned.
"We sould go Kiba; we need to get Hinata for our mission." Shino ushered Kiba away, and I was left utterly alone again.
