Story Start

Naruto told me have way there that he was going to make a big flashy entrance and asked if I wanted to as well. It sounded really fun, but my head already felt as though someone was running rail-way spikes through my head.

I watched from the edge of the tree lines until I saw Naruto's paper bombs go off, that is when I decided I could walk up unnoticed. I looked around it looks like the battle had just begun, good we were not too late.

"Good, it looks like the battle just began" I stated drawing the attention to me.

"Ida what are you doing here?" Sakura screeched looking worried.

"Fighting" I answered shortly.

"How did you get here without anyone noticing?" Sasuke asked wide eyed

"I walked" that earned me a glare from him.

"Is your head better?" Kakashi Sensei asked.

"Yep" I replied telling the complete truth.

"Is it all healed?" Sakura asked eye-brows raised. Damn these people knew me too well.

"Heh well about that"

"Ida you need to go back now" Kakashi demanded.

"I'm okay"

"I didn't ask"

"You did in the beginning"

"Ida if you wouldn't run into trees than you would not be excluded" Sasuke answered a smirk on his face that he shot my way.

"Wait, you ran into a tree?" Zabuza asked looking at me like most people did when they first met me.

"No, it wasn't there when I was running, so I think it jumped out at me" I turned to look at him completely serious.

They all sweat-dropped. Sasuke was the first to speak "Ida trees don't jump"

"Okay than it slid right in front of me" I changed my answer looking glaring at him.

Before anyone could say anything else a guy stepped out from behind Zabuza. "As interesting as this is Zabuza we still have a time limit to get the old man" he turned to me and his face turned from a serious one to a mocking one "Are you sure you are from the head house of the Ayumi-clan"

"Hi Jeb haven't seen you in awhile, and I really you rather not talk about them"

"First, MY NAME IS NOT JEB! It is Ishi, and why to ashamed you couldn't carry out the final mission, that you had to flee" he didn't ask just mocked. I asking him not to bring up my past seemed to make him bring it up more.

All my team looked at my eye-brow raised asking what Jeb/Ishi meant. I would have to explain this later. What a pain. "I will explain later, but I suggest we start fighting and standing around, they can get Tazuna any time, so"

Not a second after I said that I had to dodged an almost fatal blow from a chakra enhanced fist. "Ha Ida while you have been wasting time playing. I've been training as hard as I could to keep up with Gato's man of course, but still. I'm stronger than you can ever hope to be."

Just to prove his point he quickened his step with chakra and hit my hard in the center of my gut making me real back. "Gah" I gasped as my head snapped back.

"You see you can't even keep up" he laughed a manacle laugh.

"Ida!" Kakashi and Sakura yelled at the same time.

I then heard Zabuza's low taunting voice "You can't go rushing off Kakashi you have me to deal with"

"Don't worry Sensei, I got this" I managed to cough out as I stood up. I caught my breath and sent kneeled down to the bandages wrapped around my ankles and calves. "Ha, don't think of me too lightly I still have tricks up my sleeves." I found the weights and pulled them out.
