Ruby and Weiss walked down the sidewalk to the ice cream shop. "What flavor are you gonna get weissy?" Ruby asked. 'weissy she called me weissy why am I blushing??' "I...I'm gonna get strawberry," Weiss said with a small smile. "Let me guess your gonna get cookie dough," Weiss said with a smirk. "Yep you know me so well shorty," Ruby said running ahead. "Hey I'm not short!" Weiss said with fake anger. "Take it back you dolt!" Weiss said raising her fist. "Try and catch me short-stack," Ruby said sticking out her tongue. Weiss began chasing her "get back here you dolt!" Weiss yelled as she began chasing her. Ruby used her semblance to get away. "Hey you cheater no semblances!" Weiss yelled. Weiss began to use her glyphs to catch up with Ruby. Weiss tackled Ruby. "Gotcha!" Weiss said not realizing she was pinning Ruby to the ground. Crystal blue eyes meet silver. "W...weiss," Ruby muttered her face as red as her Cloak. "I...I'm sorry!!" Weiss yelled getting up ,and helping Ruby up. "I...it's fine," Ruby mumbled shyly.

Ruby's POV

As we stood there I noticed a red dot on Weiss's heart. 'what the...' then I realized someone was aiming a gun at Weiss. "LOOK OUT!!" I yelled tackling her to the ground. At that moment I heard a gun shot. I looked at were the gun fire came from. Suddenly six white fang members jumped of the building landing away from Weiss and Ruby. I began to growl "hello there," the leader I think spoke. "Listen here we are here for Weiss schnee since your are not human we'll make a deal..." He said. "Give us the girl and we'll let you live," he said drawing his sword. "Tsk I'm not going to let you touch her shes my friend!" I yelled. I sorrouned Weiss with a force field. "RUBY WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!" she yelled banging on the force field. "Don't worry Weiss I'll take care of this," I said back. I pulled out crescent rose and ran to the leader. I slashed in to him but he blocked it with his story. "Kill her!!" He yelled to his goons. I Managed to take on all of them. "It's just you and me now red wolf," he said holding his sword. I ran twords him our weapons collided and his sword shattered. "Heh I have more than one trick," he said he showed his claws. He ran twords me and slashed into my stomach. The blood splattered onto the ground. "Gah," I said as I flew back colliding with the ground. "RUBY!" I heard Weiss yell. 'g...get up I have to protect...her' I thought. He walked over to me with a smirk on his face. He stomped his foot on my gash. "GAH!" I yelled in pain. "You thought you could take me on," he said with a smirk. My force field broke making Weiss vonrable. "Heh now to deal with the princess," he said walking over to her. ' why isn't she using her semblance ' I thought. "Heh don't bother using your semblance my semblance can block yours," he said smirking. ' grrr get...up...Ruby you...have to... protect her ' I could feel the blood leaving my body.

No one's POV

The white fang leader grabbed Weiss by her neck "I was told to kill you," he said. He pulled out a knife and put it to her throat. "NOOOOOOO!!!" Ruby yelled her body beginning to glow her eyes began to glow white. The white fang leader covered his eyes. Ruby ran to him at frightening speeds punching him with so much force he crashed through a wall of a building. Ruby used Weiss semblance to summon a glyph around his neck. Ruby picked up crescent rose and stabbed into his stomach. Ruby turned around to face Weiss but the white fang leader stabbed her in the back. "RUBY!" Weiss yelled running to her catching her as she fell. "DONT WORRY IM GONNA CALL HELP!" she yelled pulling out her scroll calling a ambulance. "Weiss...it...hurts," Ruby muttered. "Don't worry help is on the way!" Yelled as tears fell down her face.

At the hospital

Ruby got bandaged and was fine. Ruby walked back to the dorm. Opening the door she was immediately bear hugged by yang. "OH MY BABY SISTER I WAS SO WORRIED ARE YOU?!" she asked frantically. "Heh yang I'm fine please put me down," yang put Ruby down. "Sorry sis I was just worried," she said rubbing the back of her neck. "How do you feel?" Blake asked. "I feel fine the doctor said I shouldn't fight Grimm for a while," Ruby said sitting down next to Weiss. Weiss put her hand on Ruby's shoulder "we're just glad your ok," Weiss said with a small smile. "Thanks guys," Ruby said happily. Suddenly the door burst open "WHERES MY WOLF CHILD!" Nora yelled. "Nora please it's late," Ren said calmly. "Sorry Ren," she said. "How are you doing Ruby?" Phyrra asked with her usual warm smile. "Fine I just can't fight Grimm for a week," Ruby said a bit annoyed she couldn't use her baby on Grimm for a week. "Aww that sucks but what you did was a great deed," jaune said patting her on the shoulder. "Well we should leave you to rest," Ren said dragging Nora along with him. "Night guys," jaune said waving goodbye and walking back to his room. "Good night friends," phyrra said leaving.

Two hours later

Weiss POV

I was sleeping but was awoken by Ruby's bunk squeaking and a thud on the floor next to her. I opened my eyes a little bit and saw Ruby putting her shoes on ,and walking out the door. I got up and put my jacket on and my shoes. I open the door and followed the rose petals. I followed them and they lead to the music room. I peered in and saw Ruby holding a electric guitar and began playing it

After she played that song I realized something. When father had taken her to atlas she...was really lonely and it finally made sense why Ruby was kinda distant...she was afraid of losing us. I must have made a noise because she noticed me. "OH! h...hey Weiss what...are you doing here??" she asked frantically. "I heard you leave," I said walking twords her. "Ruby you don't have to be lonely anymore we're here for you...I'm here for you," I said putting my hand on her shoulder. She suddenly hugged me and mumbled "thank you weissy," I smiled and hugged back. We stared into each other's eyes for a moment. Suddenly she leaned in and kissed me.

Third person POV

Weiss was to shocked to kiss back. Ruby pulled away her face red like a tomato. "IM SO SORRY I SHOULDN'T HAVE...IM SORRY!!" Ruby used her semblance to run out of the room. Weiss snapped out of her daze "RUBY WAIT," but Ruby was already gone. "Damnit," Weiss mumbled.
