Jade
"I'm surprised Perrie isn't blowing up your phone, you two haven't seen each other in four whole hours," Leigh-Anne joked with a smile on her face. I shook my head, also grinning.
"I know this may surprise you, but we are two separate people you know," I said continuing our walk through the mall, "she had a bit of homework to knock out before she starts her weekend, I'll see her tomorrow."
"Well, I'm glad. You refused to see any of us while Perrie was away and when she is here, you two are joined at the hip. I miss my Jadey time."
A wave of guilt washed over me. I know Perrie and I spend a lot of time with each other, we are together after all, but it didn't actually occur to me that I was neglecting other relationships within my life.
"I'm sorry," I muttered, glancing back at Leigh.
"Hey hey, I get it. You two need each other. It's weird, I've never met two people so right for each other." I gave her a small smile and we continued our walk in silence.
"Ooo let's go in there Jadey!" Leigh squealed, pulling me into a store that was clearly not my style.
While Leigh was running around the store, trying to get me to try on various pieces of clothing, my phone started ringing form my pocket. When I pulled it out, Leigh caught site of it.
"So Perrie isn't just texting you now is she? She stepped it all the way up to calling you."
"Shut up, let me answer her," She waved me off, gesturing she would be else where in the store, probably to find a nice dress.
"Hey babe," I said, picking up my phone.
"Jade? This is Jesy Nelson, I don't know if you remember me but I'm a friend of Perrie's," The voice from the phone said. The last person I was expecting to be on the other end of this phone call was Jesy.
"Oh, um yeah, I remember. Why exactly do you have Perrie's phone?" I don't know what I was hoping to hear, but it definitely wasn't what she said next.
"I need your help, Perrie is absolutely plastered, but it's not her fault I swear. I just don't think she's particularly safe here."
"I'll be right there."

As soon as I pulled up outside of Jesy's apartment complex, I jumped out of the car. I spent the entire drive over worrying. Worrying if Perrie would be okay. Worrying about what happened to her. Just generally worrying. But another thing made me even more upset. Perrie broke her promise. She was doing so well and now she's passed out at someone else's house. I know Jesy said it wasn't on purpose, but it still hurt nonetheless.
Jesy met me outside one of the apartments since I didn't know exactly where I was going within the apartment complex itself.
"Jade, I'm glad you're here, Perrie is completely out of it." Jesy said, leading me down a hall to seemingly her apartment, "I would let her stay here but I think she's safer with you" I nodded, mainly just to be polite. I wanted to know if Perrie was okay. I needed to see her.
Jesy opened up a door and my eyes instantly landed on my girlfriend, sprawled out on the couch, eyes shut, muttering incoherent thoughts. Without even realizing it, my feet carried me to the side of the couch, kneeling to look at Perrie's face better.
"What happened to her?" I asked.
"Fentanyl," She said, "Perrie came over unannounced and I was having someone over. I tried to get her to leave or at least hide in my room or something but she was being a stubborn shit. The um... the people that were here are not the kind of people you want to upset. One of them essentially forced her to take fentanyl and tried to advance on her when she was like this," She gestured to Perrie who was still murmuring nonsense, "But I got them to let me pay and leave before they could do anything."
