"Thanks for waiting for us." Nicholas said sarcastically, sitting next to Ericka who was still staring at Pegasus who was off to the side talking with Captain now. "Are you even listening to me?"
"What were you saying son?" She asked, looking away from Pegasus and looking at Nicholas's face right next to her, "when did you get here?"
"Unbelievable." Nicholas said, turning around.
"Was it something I said?" She asked.
"No," Nicholas said, "just go back to staring like that's going to do anything to get the counselors from MURDERING PEOPLE."
"Your right," She said, tapping her chin in thought, and then turning to him, "we need to call the police."
"But how-" He remembered that the counselors had their phones in their cabin, "I'm not getting the phones."
"Come on," Ericka bribed, "do it for the greater good!"
"GREATER GOOD?!" He said, raising his voice a little, "Then WHY DON'T YOU DO IT!" She grabbed his arms and pulled him in closer,
"Because it'll be OBVIOUS to the counselors if I get up," She whispered harshly to him, "so YOU have to get the phones."
"Alright FINE!" He snapped, standing up and putting on a fake smile, "Ah! I have to use the bathroom!" He walked backwards over to the door, and zipped out of it while the rest of the family was coming in.
"What's with him?" Tiffany asked.
"We're calling the cops." Ericka whispered loudly over to her.
"WHAT?!" Tiffany said, sounding like a old man without a hearing aid, "I CAN'T HEAR YOU!"
"SHHHHHH!!" Ericka shushed, waving her hands all over the place like she was swatting flies. The family sat down at the table. Ericka snuck a peek at Captain and Pegasus and saw Pegasus looking back at her with Captain whispering into her ear. Pegasus's eyes widened and she said something to Captain. Captain nodded, gave Pegasus a kiss on the cheek and ran into the kitchen.
"I wonder how Nicholas is doing." Ericka said, turning back around.
Meanwhile, Nicholas was devising a plan to get the phone. "Ok, so the bag of phones is probably hidden somewhere in the counselor's cabin, but in what room? In Pegasus's room of course." He looked around the cabin to make sure no one would see him and he walked up the front steps. He reached for the handle, but the door was open and it creaked as the wind blew it open a little more. "I guess someone forgot to close it." He said, walking in and shutting the door as quietly as possible. He walked past the desk and saw a list of names of all of the counselors on it. He strolled down the hallway of doors and found the one that said PEGASUS in bold letters. A Pegasus was painted on the door in great detail. Some artist, he thought opening the door and looking in the room. The walls were a pale blue and the room was pretty small. A radio sat on a shelf with some books leaning against it. He looked around the room and in some drawers. He froze when he heard a creak come from outside of the door. His heart beat so loud it was the only thing he could hear in the silence. He went back to looking when he thought the coast was clear.
"Hey camper." A silky voice said from the doorway. He turned and saw Raven leaning against the door frame.
"I shouldn't be here." He said, shutting the drawer slowly.
"You think I don't know that." Raven said walking up to him. She seemed to study him,
"I'm no expert, but you are one handsome man." She said, tracing his jaw with a finger.
