Pegasus stood outside of the cabins with a Bugle in her hand. She attached a microphone to the Bugle's bell and started to play the army wake up call. The microphone was connected to the cabin's speaker system and she had the volume all the way up on accident. Everybody screamed and fell out of bed. Tiffany stormed to the door and slammed it open. She was about to start yelling her heart out, but the sun started to burn her and she hopped back into the cabin.

"OW!" she yelped, rubbing her arm where a red mark was spreading. Nicholas silently chuckled, making Tiffany scowl at him.

"GOOD MORNING CAMPERS!" Pegasus said into the microphone, "GET DRESSED AND GO TO THE DINING HALL FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTION!" They looked at the clock mounted on the wall, it was 9:15 in the morning. They all sluggishly got ready for their first day at camp. Tiffany was about to step out of the cabin again, but remembered the crystal that she had to put on to not be burned. She slipped it over her head and stuck a hand past the door. She didn't get burned. They all put on their crystals and headed over to the Dining hall and saw Dennis with Rosie and Robin trailing behind them. They headed up the steps to the Dining hall and went inside. There was a group of five table and each of them had the teams names on the with a laminated schedule. They found their table and sat down. They read their schedule and found that they were going to be doing a relay race and Archery that day. The other teams came in behind them and sat at their tables. They all chatted softly until Pegasus came in with around six counselors behind her. They lined up behind her and she started to talk, "So, are you guys ready to have a great day!" They all made any effort to say,

"YES!" With enthusiasm.

"I can feel the energy!" Pegasus said, "before we start i would like to introduce our team of counselors working here this week." She gestured to Raven to start.

"As you know, i'm Raven." Raven said. Chestnut stepped up after her,

"My name is Chestnut, like the nut, or horse, i'm not really sure." Raven pulled him back before he could say anymore. A counselor who looked just a little older than a teenager stepped up,

"My name is Bullseye and i run Archery." Bullseye said.

"We have Archery today!" Nicholas whispered loudly. Tiffany didn't say anything, she just kept staring at him like he was the hottest guy alive. A young girl, about the age of Tiffany stepped up,

"I'm Rush and i run the Obstacle Course." Rush said, stepping back. A man with gray hair combed back stepped up next,

"I'm Mustang and you'll find me at Cooking." Mustang said with a stern face.

"Looks like someone woke up in the wrong bed." Tiffany commented quietly, making them giggle. An athletic young man with a whistle around his neck stepped up,

"I'm Dash and i'll be running the Relay Race for you guys today!" Dash said, stepping back into the line.

"Now that you know all of us," Pegasus said, "let's get the day started with some breakfast and then i'll explain how the relay is going to work." She lined them up and Mustang was the cook. They got their breakfast and went back to their table. About ten minutes into breakfast, Pegasus projected a map of the camp onto a wall. "The Relay will stretch all around the campground. The first part will test  endurance with a path that leads through the woods. One person from your team will run that path and pass the baton to your next team mate who will be waiting in the exchange zone in the large field just pass the forest. The next part will test agility and strength. This part will take you around the drop-off area of the campsite. Be Careful though because I've heard the  waves can be a little choppy during the day. Anyway the last part will consist of the test of ultimate speed. It's a straight shot to the finish line. Now, choose three people from your team of who going to be competing."
