Chapter 13

Rex pov

I squat down low enough for ahsoka to get off. She slides off and runs to the kitchen the get the butter. A few moments later she comes out with a large bucket full of the sticks of butter. "Everyone do the seats first! We will do the floor on our way out so we don't slip. So as we walk out we butter the floor we walked out so we don't slip!" Ahsoka announces. Everyone nods and gets to work.

I look over to see Obiwan even using the force to spread the butter. I look back to see ahsoka disappearing behind the kitchen counter where we get served our food, and she walked past the corner it into the area where they cook. I run over and turn the corner. "What are you doing?" I said look at her strange. "Well I'm trying to find glue of some kind." She said.

I pull out a bottle of glue from one of my pockets. She looks at me strange. " sometimes it just easier to glue down hardcase and fives during meetings since they keep trying to leave" I said explaining before handing her the bottle. "What do you need it for anyway" I ask her as she takes it. "Well, why not do some more pranks" she said smirking.

She ran over to the counters. She squatted down to the small doors underneath that had the plates, forks, cups, and other stuff in it. She opened one of the door and started to put glue all over the edges that pressed against the counter (I'm not very good at describing this sorry, she is basically glueing them shut). She took the bottle away and closed the door. She put pressure on it for a few minutes then tried to open it. She failed.

A few moments later she had glued all of them shut. Next she went over to the fridge and freezer. She picked things up, put glue at the botten, applied pressure, and tried to pull it off. Soon enough she glued everything down. Next she went to the pile of trays.

I think I know now who was responsible for gluing everything down in the kitchen a few months ago.

She glued all the trays together and walked out of the kitchen. A few minutes later I followed.

When I got there I saw her talking to fives. "Your the one responsible for that?" Fives said surprised. "Uh yeah and I just did it again" she said smirking. Fives walked away. Ahsoka hands me then bottle and runs over to anakin. Then I got an idea.

I went and stood ontop of one of the tables. "Can I have everyone's attention?" I yelled. Eveyone looked at me. "Does anyone have balloons and needles" I asked looking over the crowd. Eveyone shook their heads beside fives. "Yep!!!" He said pulling out a bag of deflated balloons and needles. "You know what, I'm not gonna even ask why" I said laughing. I went over to fives and grabbed them.

I walked over to the doors and started blowing the ballons up. When I finished I took the balloons and glued them to the wall behind the door. Then I took the needs and glued them to the doors. They were aligned so that when the clones tomorrow opened the doors, the balloons would pop and scare them.

"Ok no one open the doors fully, I have put the balloons and needles there so when a clone opens the door, it pops and scared them." I announced and everyone nodded.

I looked around the room to see ahsoka sitting on a table with her legs handing over the side. She was talking to anakin. As I got closer I heard them talking. "Can we have another day off?" She asked anakin. She gave him puppy dog eyes, "please" she said In a little kid voice looking sad. After a bit of convincing I see anakin finally nod his head yes.

I walk over to them. "So, what we doing tomorrow?" I asked them sitting down next ahsoka. "Wellll................ we get another day off, so in the morning we gotta come here to see the prank in person. But we're gonna set up cameras also. And i was thinking we could just hang out, but ONLY me and you this time." She said smiling at me. I nodded. Maybe we could finish what everyone kept interrupting. I thought.

"Rexters sit down here." Ahsoka said pointing the seat in front of her part of the table. I looked at her funny. "It's not buttered" she said laugjibg. I sigh and did it. She climbs up and sits on my shoulders. "We need to set the cameras up" she said. I nodded and grabbed her feet so she wouldn't fall. Anakin passes her the cameras. We go and set up the cameras in all the corners of the room, to get everyone angle. After she has no cameras left in her hands she puts her hands on my head. We walk back to where anakin was.

"Smile" he said pulling up the camera mode on his comlink. Ahsoka put her elbows on my head and her head in her hands. We smile and anakin shows us the picture. He sends it to ahsoka.

"Um ahsoka how you gonna get down?" I ask looking up at her. "People come stand behind me. Everyone came over already knowing what she was gonna do. "Let go of my legs Rex" she says. I do as I was told and she falls backward. I turn around to see her laying on her back with everyone holding her. Everyone laughs and she slides off. "Let's do the floor now!" Ahsoka said. Everyone started buttering the floor. A few minutes later the prank was ready. We all backed out the door and closed it. "See you all tomorrow." Anakin and Obiwan said walking off. Now only me, ahsoka and my brothers were here.

I saw ahsoka eyeing everyone. What is she thinking. She walked over to jessie and hopped on his back. He scrambled to get her legs before she fell. She wrapped her arms around his neck. Similar what she did to me.

"Watcha doin there ahsoka?" Hardcase asked laughing. "Well I'm tired and don't wanna walk" She said, "annnnnnd if I do it to Rex again, you will think we are dating again." She said laughing. Everyone joined. Echo took a photo. She looked at him weird. "What, I'm gonna get photos of you sitting on all of their backs" echo explained laughing. "Send them to me" ahsoka said laughing. Echo nodded.

"Where too" hardcase asked ahsoka. She laughed. God she was so cute when she laughed. Please say my room please say my room. I thought to my self.

"Um rex's quarters. Imma make him sleep on the floor again" she said smirking. Everyone laughed. I frowned.

Hardcase started walking to my quarters. Everyone else started off towards their own quarters. I followed hardcase.

A few moments later we made it to my quarters and she slipped off of hardcase. She thanked him and walked inside my room. I followed her as hardcase left. I quickly closed the door. She was standing near an open space in my wall.

I walked over and pushed her against the wall and kissed her. She was a bit shocked at first but then smiled. She kissed back and brought her arms to around my neck. I moved one of my hands and put it next to her head on the wall. I moved my other hand on her back. I put all my weight on my hand against the wall, leaning over her a little. I pull her closer to me with my hand on her back. She brings her hands up to my hair, gently running her hands over my short hair. After a few minutes we hear the door open. I quickly get off of her to see who it is.

"Hey uh captain and commander" I heard fives say. Shoot I forgot to lock the door.
