Chapter 40

Rex pov

I slowly open my eyes to see the bed empty. I check the time and relized the sun is only just rising. I put on my shirt and walk downstairs. I see ahsoka on the landing pad and I go out to join her.

She is sitting at the edge, feat over the edge. Morai was flying around above her. I walk over and sit next to her. I notice she is shivering a little. Even with my hoodie she is still cold. I sit down next to her. She sees me and cuddles up to me, I hold her in my arms.

"Whatcha doin" I ask kissing her forehead. "Watching the sunrise, I'm not gonna see it again like this for a while" she said. "Tomorrow is the big day" I said. She nods. "What if they say no" she asks nervously. "We will figure it out when that happens" I said.

She nods. "So can we go make breakfast, I'm hungry" she asks. I laugh. "I'll try and help" I said. She nods.

We head back inside and Morai flys into the kitchen. I get out her food and water. I set it on a counter and she starts eating.

I turn back to ahsoka to see her making mini cinnamon rolls in a waffle maker. (I've done that before and it is amazing)

I hug her from behind and start kissing her neck. She relaxes and leans back in my chest. I go to behind her ear. I slowly start kissing it, gently nibbling the skin. She lets out a small moan. "Rex I gotta cook" she said.

I don't care. I keep on kissing and she lets out a quiet moan. I stop and kiss her cheek. She leans back forward and keeps cooking.

I rest my head in the dip between her montrals. She laughs. Anakin walks in and takes a photo. "I feel like a celeb, everyone is always taking photos" ahsoka says.

Anakin walks forward and reaches a hand to the sausages. Ahsoka takes her hand, still looking at the cinnamon rolls she's cooking. She smacks his hand beofre he gets it. "Snips! What the hell!" He yelled.

"Wait or you get smacked" she said picking up a spatula. He walks away rolling his eyes and leaves.

I laugh. "Damn girl" I said in a girly tone. She laughs. She finishes the last cooking. She gets enough plates for everyone and I bring the food out. Morai flys to the window and I open it. She fly's out.

We set the table. "Breakfast" I called and I heard people coming over. Everyone sat down and started eating.

I looked at everyone but stop when I see hardcase. He had a black eye and was staring at anakin. Oops.

Once we finish eating echo says something. "What should we do until lunch?" He asked. We could do another pool day. "Uh pool?" I suggested.

Everyone nodded and agreed. "I'll join you guys" anakin said. "Master, please tell me you won't be shirtless. I've seen it before and I never want to again" ahsoka said.

Everyone laughed. "Yes I will" he said smugly."ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww please don't" ahsoka says. We all laugh. She walks over to me and sits on my lap. I wrap my arms around her waist and rested my chin on her shoulder.

"Could you guys not be all lovey dovy for like 2 minutes!" Anakin exclaims. "Why their couple goals" fives siad.

"I'd just prefer not to see my padawan sucking faces with my captain 24/7" he said. "Oh you mean this" I said.

I pressed my lips onto ahsoka's and she smiles against my lips. "YEAH DONT DO THAT" anakin yelled.

We all laughed. Ahsoka turned her head back to looking forward. "Not even this" I asked. I slowly start kissing ahsoka's neck. Anakin looks horrified.
