This is a story that takes place during the clone wars. This is a Rex and Ahsoka love story! Enjoy!

Padme walks outside after I grab my cloak. "So what did you need Rex" she asked. "I need help for tomorrow" I said nervously. "Wait are you gonna?" She started before I interrupted. "Yeah, I just need help, like getting her a dress, oh and gifts for tomorrow. I know nothing about girls" I said laughing slightly.
She nodded and hoped onto her speeder. I pull my hood up on my cloak. I got on mine and we drove to town.
"So how are you planing on doing the propose" she asked. "I'm thinking of a walk on the beach during sunset" I said smiling slightly at the idea. I knew how much ahsoka loved naboo sunrises and sunsets.
"Ooo I like that idea, I know she loves the sunsets here" padme said smiling. "I know she has told me she loves them" I said.
She nodded. "Ok we Will worry about the proposal later, we'll work on the gifts for Tomorrow first" she said. I nodded. We parked our speeders and started walking through town.
"So what gifts are you thinking of?" She asked. "Um, chocolates, flowers" I said and she nodded.
She led me to 3 different stores. We had gotten the chocolates, a few roses, and a white shirt for me to wear tonight.
"Ok, you also said you needed help with the proposal" she said as we left the last store. I put all of the stuff I bought into one big bag. "Yeah, I need help getting her a dress. I kinda want it to be formal, but I still want for her to be fully surprised." I said. Padme smiled. "I know a dress shop" she said and she walked off.
I followed her from behind, we got into the store and I froze. Way to many dresses. "Come on Noah" she said laughing. I nodded and followed her.
She led me to a section in the store. "Alright give me a few minutes and I should be able to find a perfect dress" she said. I nodded and sat down on a chair.
A few moments later padme came up to me holding a dress. It was perfect. "I think this one should be good for what your going for. I know she likes to wear red. And I know you'll be walking so a long dress wouldn't be good" padme said. I nodded and we checked out.

We walked to the speeders. We drove home and before we walked through the door, padme took the stuff from me. I looked at her confused. "Well, you said you wanted everything to be a suprise, so it won't be much of a suprise if she sees you carry it into your room. I'll take care of it until tomorrow. Come down stairs beofre she wakes up, get the stuff from me. I'll keep the dress until you need it though" she said. I nodded.
"Thank you so much padme for helping me" I said smiling. She returned the smile. "Ahsoka is like a daughter to me, of course I'm gonna help you make her happy" padme said. We walked in and I checked the time. It was already nearly time for dinner. I com fives, kix and dogma so we could make the dinner/prank for padme's group.
