Chapter 17

Rex pov

The ending credits rolled up. I turned off the tv and looked down at ahsoka. She had fallen asleep with a cookie in her hand. I chuckled slightly. She is so cute, But how did she fall asleep with a cookie in her hand I thought laughing.

"Ahsoka, ahsoka, ahsoka" I said slightly shaking her awake. "Mmmm" she said sleepily turning her head a little so she could look up at me. "You fell asleep" I said kissing her forehead. "Oh well I guess you just make a good pillow" she said smiling. "I'm captain Rex, excellent solider and pillow" I said laughing. She giggled a little.

She put her arm on her chest, her wrist near her face. She lifted the sleeve of my sweatshirt so she could use her com. She turned it on. "Anakin" she said. "Yes snips" I heard him say. "Are you In the mess" she asked. "Uh um no" he said suspiciously.

"Oh ok" ahsoka said hanging up. She rolls over to the edge of the bed and stands up. I laugh. She takes off my hoodie and threw my shirt at me. "What are we doing" I asked putting on my shirt. "I'm going to the mess to steal Anakin's food" she said laughing.

"Is that a good idea, to keep stealing his food?" I asked. "Well I'll give him a cookie" she said picking up a cookie. She started walking for the door. "Wait up" I said getting out of bed. She waited. I got up and we walked to the mess.

When we arrived we spotted anakin with obiwan. I watched her skip over. She sat across from anakin and before he could do anything, she slid his tray across the table to her. "Now before you say anything, I have a cookie for you" she said giving him the cookie. Anakins eyes lit up like 5 year old.

"Ahsoka, why would you give him sugar" Obiwan whined. "Sorry, I just want some food" ahsoka said. She started eating the food. And I sat down next to her. She offered me some food and I took some and ate it.

After she finished she gave the tray back to anakin. "So what are you guys gonna do for the rest of the day" Obiwan asked.

"Um I don't know, what you wanna do rex" she asked me. "I don't know" I said. "Well what have you guys done today" anakin asked.

"Well um we uh did some things, then we uh got food, then we watched a movie, and then here we are" ahsoka said awkwardly. "What what stuff did you d, never mind" anakin started before getting all red from embarrassment. He relized what the first part meant.

"You guys um didn't um you know what" Obiwan asked awkwardly.  Ahsoka got all red. "No we uh just kissed a little bit" she wispered. Obiwan nodded.

"You know what, I'm gonna go to my quarters and meditate, Rex you can go hang out with your brothers" she said smiling at me. "Ahsoka, I think I'll join you with some meditation." Obiwan said smiling. Ahsoka nodded. They both got up and ahsoka patted my shoulder. "I'll see you later" she said. I smiled. I turned back to anakin.

"I'm gonna head out" I said getting up. Anakin nodded. I walked back to my quarters and layed on my bed.

Ahsoka pov

Me and Obiwan walked out the room. "So where shall we meditate" I asked. "How about my quarters" Obiwan suggested. I nodded and we started walking there.

"So how are you and Rex" he asked in a low tone so no one else could here. I got all red, "Um good" I said awkwardly. "Sorry about anakin trying to give you the talk, I tried to convince him not to" he said apologizing. "It's fine" I laughed. After a few moments we reached his quarters. We walked in and sat on the floor across from each other and meditated.

Rex pov

I walked to my quarters and layed on my bed. After a few moments I heard a knock at the door. "Come in" I said. I heard the door open and close. I look up to see fives. "Yo bro, wanna go to the bar" he asked smirking. "Sure why not" I said. I got up and followed fives out the door. We met up with the other clones and drove to the bar.
