Everything move so fast that I didn't notice na kasal ko na pala bukas. there where some minor changes, instead with the original garden wedding plan we managed to convince tita that we held the wedding in a church.
"Babe are you okey" jason tap me. I smiled at him.
"Relax, everything will be okey tomorrow. You know what let's grab some early dinner" dinala ako ni jason sa isang restaurant.
In the middle of our dinner i initiated the conversation.
"okey naman na siguro lahat di ba?" I asked him, tumango lang sya.
"Actually meron pang isa" he pull something out of his back pocket. It's our wedding invitation.
"It's masons invitation" my stomach sunk.
"I was hoping na you can convince him to come to our wedding. His still my brother and i want him to be with us"
"Bakit ako, di ba mas kaya mong makumbense sya"
"I tried everything to approach him pero he keeps on blocking. Di na rin sya nag paparamdam sa bahay. Please marga"
"Ba't di ka nalang sumama sakin, sabay natin syang kausapin" i tried to convince him.
"I've been actually thinking, gusto kong magkaroon kayo ng proper closure." He held my hands.
I gulp. He received a text and later a call. Sinagot nya yun and when he returns agad syang nag paalam na may emergency syang pupuntahan.
Soon as we finished our dinner, we parted ways. Pumara ako ng taxi, papunta sa condo ni mason samantalang dumiretso na sa parking lot si jasons.
Mahigpit ang pagkahawak ko sa daladala kong invitation. Mabibigat ang mga hakbang ko papalapit sa pintuan ng kwarto ni mason.
It took me few minutes to finally gathered up all my courage to finally knock. I knock couple of times pero wala pa ring bumubukas, baka wala sya sa loob.
I was about to walk away to go to the concierge para tanongin kung wala sya sa loob but before i do so the door opens. A topless mason with a towel around his waist, dripping with wet is front of the door. Our eyes lock.
"Can i come in?" I weakly ask.
"Only if you're brave enough" pumasok sya sa loob, huminga ako ng malalim sabay sunod sa kanya. Naupo sya sa kama habang pinupunasan nya ng isa pang tuwalya ang tumutulo nyang buhok.
"Di ba masyadong late na para maligo ka?"
"Well its must be your lucky day, you like me wet, right?"
I pull out the invitation and handed it to him. I thought his going to grab it but instead he reach for my hand, pull me and pin me to his bed. I can smell the fresh scent of his shampoo.
"Are you trying to provoke, marga?" He look at me dead in the eye. I fought back and stare at him back.
"Your brother wants to see you there"
"Don't you want to see me there also?" he licks his lips and bite it.
I gulp once more. I can't make it i shift away my head to the right to scape his gaze.
