C H A P T E R - X V

"Babe are you still there?" I asked.

"Yes babe"

"Daan lang muna ako sa restroom mga Five minutes lang pwede"

"Yeah sure take your time" i drop the call.

I Pick my bag and rush to the rest room. I look at my self in the mirror. My face is a mess. I wash my face with some cold running water.

"Parang pawis na pawis ka?" Biglang sumulpot si brenda sa likod ko. I just smile at her and continue fixing my face.

"Alam mo nakita ka namin sa isang bar kagabi may kasama kang matanda" sabi nya habang nag huhugas ng kamay.

"Nasa bahay lang ako the whole time kagabi, and di na rin ako nag ba-bar." There everything looks good.

"Kamukhang kamukha mo talaga sya"

"Well brenda that is definitely not me, okey. I have to go na. Bye" i walk out of the bathroom. Bar?, Halos ilang buwan na rin akong di pumopunta sa mga bar.

I walk to jasons car and enter it. "How's your day" he kiss my cheeks.

"Bango mo ah" i just smile at him.

"Nagkita kayo ni mason?" I immediately froze. It's like a cold bucket of frozen water splash all over my body. I was out of composure.

"Hi... Hindi" i shakenly answered.

Kumunot ang noo nya "i just saw him walk out of the company".

"Baka may binisita lang"

"Baka nga, anyways. Off mo bukas diba" he look at me.

"Yes, why?. Got any plans for tomorrow?"

"Maybe" he answers me with a grin on his face.

Hinatid nya ako sa tapat ng bahay. I get out of the car, so is he. Tumapat kami parihas sa pinto. He took something out of his coat. It's an envelope.

"It's a small gathering. Wedding anniversary of my parents. Kaso late ako makakalabas bukas kaya ipapasundo na lang kita. Is that okey?. Magkikita naman tayo doon" he tap my chin.

"Of course babe"

"So, see you Tomorrow?"

Tinangoan ko lang sya.

"Wait, alam ko namang sobrang busy mo and baka walang ka ng oras bukas so..." He walk into the back of his car and took a black bag on a hanger.

"Your dress"

"Woah" i was amaze on how thoughtful Jason is. I hug and kiss him. I take the dress and went inside. Soon as i enter my room i eagerly open it. It's an old rose sleeveless tule casual dress.

I put it on top of me and try to spin it around, it really suits my body and color. I hang it on my closet and went down for some dinner. I caught dada having his dinner also.

"Hey dada"

"Well, you look happy darling"

"Quite"

"Anyways baka late ako bukas makauwi.  May VIP patient ako"

"Sayang we were invited pa naman to jasons parents wedding anniversary"

"Nabook  na kasi ako dear. Just greet them for me okey. Now join me masarap yung niluto ko."

I woke up the next day, alone. No dada reading his daily news paper on the sala. I walk to the kitchen and grab some cookies. Mamaya pa namang gabi yung event so might i just spend this day with some quality time with my self.
