I look at my wall clock "oh shit" i started to panic it's 7:30 and i need to be in the company at exactly 8.
Napaface palm nalang ako ng nakita kong di pala nakaset yung alarm ko.
I rush to the rest room take a quick bath and run downstare.
"Dada okey na ba sasakyan mo" nabigla si dada sa pagsulpot ko muntikan nya pang maluwa ang ang kape nya.
"Yeah, why, what's with the rush?" His confuse.
"Oh thank god,pahatid naman ako sa company late na ako please"
"Okey wait lang, go get my keys. Tapos ubusin ko lang to" i see him chug his coffee all at once. I pick up his key hanging in the rack and run back to him.
"Relax we're going to get there on time" he assured me.
Im not really good at procrastination, my expertise are time keeping and management but damn, bat di ko na set yung alarm ko kagabi.
Not on my first day please, frustration started to show up on my face.
"How about some tune to calm you down" dada turn the stereo on. It's the latest song release of parakya ni Edgar "your song".
"I like this song, parang ngayon lang ata kumanta ng english ang parokya ni edgar" i look at dada and his actually jamming with the song. Before the song even ended he stops the car.
"We're here, told you we're going to make it"
I look at my phone "dada, im 10 minutes late" i let out my frustration.
"Relax ten minutes lang yan, better late than never" he then tap my head.
I give him a peck in the cheeks before leaving the car.
Inayos ko muna ang suot kong damit bago pumasok sa loob ng kompanya. Rosell is already waiting for me at the lobby.
"akala kong kung napano kana, I was worried, di ka naman nalelate" i hug her and give her a biso.
"Mahabang storya" i cut my story short.
"Are you guys ready?" Bigla akong nabalikwas sa pagkabigla ng biglang may babaeng nag salita sa likuran ko.
"Sorry, did i scare you?" Tinap nya ang balikat ko.
"Hindi naman po" i give her a half hearted smile.
"Anyways naalala nyo naman siguro ako, my name is susan at ako ang magmementor sa inyo"
"Shall I tour you around para maaquinted naman kayo sa mga taong nakapalibot dito". she walk in front of us.
"so probably magkahiwalay kayo ng department, para mas malawak ang exposure nyo. e-dadrop ko nalang kayo mamaya sa respective department nyo."
Inikot namin ang buong company pinakilala nya rin kami sa mga tao per department.
"So okey this is the last department, the finance and rosell, rosell right?"she pointed rosell.
"yes maam" rosell answered shyly.
"This is going to be your assign department" pinakilala nya si rosell sa mga tao doon.
Mukhang mababait naman lahat ng tao dito. Iniwan na namin si rosell sa finance department. Naglalakad kami ngayon sa hall way.
"so maam saang department po ako?" Tinanong ko sya pero tuloy pa rin sya sa paglakad, huminto kami sa harap ng elevator na sinakayan namin nila rosell noong nakaraan.
