"ARE YOU READY? " Papá asked.

"Hmm. " I answered as I put my hands on my luggages.

He nodded and followed him. "Papá... " I called him.

"Yes, princess? "

I sighed. "Nothing po. "

He frowned at me so I simply let out a small smile on my lips.

"Always take good care, sweetheart. And call me when you need something, hmm? This is the first time I'm letting you live alone so you better take good care of yourself. You'll have someone to guard but you won't notice it. I will miss you... " I pulled him for a hug.

''I will miss you, too. Kayo rin po, mag-iingat po kayo. I'll come back as soon as I find myself again. I love you po... " I hug him tighter.

"I love you too, princess. " He said and let go of me.

Diretso siyang nakatingin sa mga mata ko. I smiled at him and he smiled too.

"Please come back, my princess. " His voice broke and unshed tears filled his eyes.

I embraced him again. The tears that I've been holding back fall on my cheeks. "Please don't cry, Papá. I can't leave you here if I see you crying. I'll update you po from time to time para hindi po kayo mag-alala. "

He nodded then kissed my head. He dried his tears first before wiping away my tears. He cupped my cheeks and look at me with his soft eyes.

"My princess really is a woman now. '' He whispered.

Niyakap ko uli siya bago pumasok sa sasakyan ko. Ibinaba ko ang bintana para makapagpaalam pa sa kanya.

"Babalik po ako... " I kissed his cheeks and hug him again. I can't stop myself from hugging him nonstop. I will surely miss my dad.

Kumalas ako sa yakap at inayos ang seatbelt sa katawan ko. I started the engine of my car, I look at him and smiled before slowly driving. I closed my eyes and when open them to glanced at him, he's still standing there.

It broke my heart seeing him there. Papá, wait for me... I'll come back as  a better person. I'll come back stronger than before.

I let my tears flow freely. Leaving everything behind was killing me but I need this, I need to be complete again. I want to love myself more...

It was painful but I endured it. Sometimes, you need to leave everything behind in able to be a better person when you come back. Loving others was great... not until in the process of loving them is you're losing yourself.

I arrived safely at the villa where I will lived for the meantime. I got out of my car and get my luggages in the trunk. I pulled it towards the beautiful villa. It was cozy...

I opened the door and my eyes wandered around. It was very simple but it was beautiful.

Days turned to weeks and months. I can feel that I am slowly there. Palagi akong nagte-text at tumatawag kay Papá para hindi siya mag-alala sa akin at gusto ko ring kamustahin siya.

I stared at the scenery in front of me. Napakaganda ng tanawin dito at mababait ang mga tao. They are genuinely kind and they don't judge me.

Just then, I can feel that someone was watching me. It sends shiver down my spine. Inilibot ko ang paningin sa paligid para hanapin kung sino ito ngunit dahil sa dilim ay hindi ako masyadong makakita. Alam ko namang may mga nakabantay sa akin na tauhan namin ngunit iba ang pakiramdam ko sa titig na ipinupukol sa akin ng pares ng mga mata na nakamasid sa akin. Parang hinahalungkat nito ang kaluluwa ko.
