This book is rated PG 13 because of alcohol and drug addiction.
Maya exhales as she pulled her hand through her hair but didn't know what was going to happen next.
She smiles as she was handed a cup of coffee before the guy sat down next down to her.
"How are you feeling? You can talk to me," Josh said.
"A psychologist is supposed to be off at home. Not drag a patient with him home to fix them there, you know that right?" Maya asked and Josh smiled.
"Well here I am not a psychologist but your friend. What is going on in that pretty head of yours?" Josh asked and Maya exhaled.
"On the one side I am so sad that my grandmother is gone but then I am also terrified of what is going to happen next. I stayed with her and goodness knows who the place will go to. I just don't want to go back to my father," Maya said.
"It's going to be okay. Why about Colton?" Josh asked and Maya looked at him.
"He also lived with my grandmother. I'll manage," Maya said.
"I'm here if you ever need advice. I may be a psychologist but you helped a lot with Riley. Time we paid you back," Josh said and Maya nod.
