"Guys, you all have something in common. You need help. The reason is why are you getting it," she said as Maya looked around.
"I'm doing it for my family," Rebecca said.
"I'm doing it for my husband," Lynn said.
"I'm doing it for my boyfriend," Alice said.
"I'm doing it for my children," Riley said.
"I'm doing it for me," Maya said and the group looked at her.
"Maya tell us about your situation," the doctor said and Maya exhaled.
"I've had a problem with alcohol ever since I was 18. I started to drink to get rid of the pain that was being caused. My father abused me and the alcohol soothed it. It was all that could heal the pain. Five years later I want to stop. I want to work again, I want to earn a living... I want to feel alive and in charge of my own decisions again," Maya said as everyone looked at the young girl.
