WHEY VERONICA LODGE IS A BETTER MATCH FOR JUGHEAD JONES THAN BETTY COOPER:
I plan on writing a long ass essay on why Jeronica belong together and why they would make an excellent couple on Riverdale. But for now, I’m going to make bullet points on why Veronica would be a much more compatible and better romantic match for Jughead than Betty at this point in the series.
• She would challenge Jughead for the better (Betty doesn’t challenge him – SHE ENABLES HIM!).
• She would make Jughead grow and evolve as a person.
• She would make Jughead become more expressive with his inner most thoughts, feelings and emotions (she would push his emotional buttons).
• She would inspire him personally, creatively and intellectually.
• She would be honest with him when it matters unlike Betty (who always lies to him).
• She would support him during times of need (Veronica is seen to be super supportive of Archie and a very good girlfriend to him).
• She would have deep, intellectual conversations with him and challenge him intellectually and mentally in ways Betty doesn’t.
• She would call him out when he’s doing something wrong or immoral
She would bring out the fun, light hearted side of him.
• She would bring him food if they ever had fights or disagreements.
• She would lighten up his normally cynical, gloomy personality.
• She would get him to enjoy the lighter and fun things in life (movies, books, media, culture, art, literature, etc.).
• They share lots of hobbies and interests in common (movies, literature, popular culture, etc.).
• She would temper and calm his darker tendencies .
• She would make him smile and laugh more often.
• She has more in common with Jughead than Betty does.
• She would understand him on a deeper level than Betty.
• She would bring out the mature side of Jughead.
• She would make him take a damn shower more often.
• She instantly makes Jughead more appealing, desirable and attractive just by being in his presence.
• She would make him dress better and have better fashion sense.
• She would bring Jughead out of his shell and his introverted bubble.
