Lol! It was for the playlist, but I wouldn't mind hearing about why you like Jeronica.

So, I've said all the reasons before, but I'll quickly recap :)

Of course, I can't fit all the reasons about why I ship them so hard in only one chapter, so I'll say some of them.

For one, Cole and Cami have great chemistry (this is speaking to them as actors I'm well aware they're both in relationships or at least were in relationships until recently). Like, in their scenes together, from as early as 1x02, they really flow well together, it feels organic, and it inspires emotion in me, genuinely the kind that they're going for. So, it's really easy to root for a couple that keeps you invested with actual chemistry between them, especially when contrasted with Cole and Lili, who have ZERO chemistry together when portraying B*ghead.

For two, I hate B*ghead. I really do. I hate the way it was done on the show. They don't have chemistry, like I've stated above, the way they got together was ridiculously rushed, their relationship is frankly bizarre and makes zero sense, and their storylines are insufferable. So that really opened the door for me to explore other avenues because Jughead's main ship made me wanna scream from anger.

For three, there is so. much. potential. There are twenty really interesting types of stories you can explore with Jughead and Veronica, and not even just as a couple. Ss a couple, as friends, as individual characters, even as rivals. There are so many angles to hit with Jeronica that I think it would be beneficial to the writing of the show as a whole to explore other avenues.

For four, they complement each other well. The character arcs and backstories fit together pretty neatly and in a way that lends itself to interesting parallels. they also look good together, sue me.

For five, the crumbs of Jeronica that we've actually gotten on the show are also, just, so much. Their tentative friendship in season 1 (the only season worth giving a damn about), their rivalry turned sweet in season 2, their partnership in season 3 and Jughead putting Veronica under his protection specifically, their easy camaraderie in season 4. There's also all these little moments, generally done through acting more than actual words, that really show that, despite the writers not caring about them a bit, they genuinely have affection for each other and it could easily blossom into something more.

For six, rivals to friends to lovers? hell, yeaaaaaaah!!

For seven, there are things that happen in the comics between Jeronica that i would LOVE to have seen explored on the show. The comics did have a storyline where it was Jughead and VERONICA working on the school paper, and one where they played Romeo and Juliet opposite each other in a school play. Those could have been AMAZING Jeronica storylines, even for just a single episode.

For eight, I just think they're neat. It's one of those ships that really leaped out to me and I'm not entirely sure why, but it's here and it stuck and I really would like to see it explored and given its proper due, and in the timeline where the world isn't on the brink of ending I like to think of an episode where they figure out Barchie cheated and cheat right back as revenge that eventually Blossoms into feeling.

Jeronica would be the PER-FECT endgame, that everyone has been looking for. Roberto, please, give us some Jeronica in Season 5. I'm begging you!!!

Hey, do you think Jughead will ask Veronica to prom?

That would be so nice, wouldn't it? And I could see the way they'd coordinate their outfits so well, because they do that anyways, but I don't think he's going to. I think him and B*tty are gonna go together, but RAS has mentioned, that a lot is gonna go down at prom, so maybe that's when Jughead and Veronica will finally figure out everything and maybe they might leave together? But I can definitely predict despite them going to prom together their outfits are going to match in some way, because that is literally Jeronica's thing and I love that for them.

WE NEED TO SEE JERONICA AT THE PROM!
