Sneaking out feels like I'm a spy and trying to find out what he's doing. I hide behind the huge punching bag and when someone looks at me and the way he looks at me was basically judging me already. I'm on my uniform and it is weird that I'm not doing anything besides stalking—I mean watching Grant from afar. He changed his clothes from a uniform school to a jersey short and fitted tank-top. I guess he's not skinny at all because I can see muscles bulging from his arms. And knowing that this is weird, I didn't mind when I'm trying to know what's Grant up to now.
The next thing happened, Grant attended by a coach and he was listening intently to him and do what he asked to do. He obeyed and I think Grant's what trying to do is to learn some basic martial arts after what happened to me and him these past few days. As the coach keeps pushing him to his limits. Grant's determination to finish a multiple set of work-outs made his coach proud of him. I admired him for that, I think giving up isn't on his vocabulary and it's to keep moving forward and always do something. I don't know by that, I just thought of it anyway.
It's been thirty minutes, I'm still hiding behind the punching bag and I know some people notice me because I'm not moving out of my place. Grant was full set when his coach told him to change his clothes because they will do something—and I'm not playing my mind to think of any. Grant walks inside the locker room and it took him ten minutes to get out wearing something that shocked me out. He came out wearing a singlet and the tone of his body defined with it being fitted on him. I bit my lower lip when I saw him only wearing that and I don't know why I did that. I tried not to look down but my eyes fell down but I shifted my eyes away.
As his coach walks to him and they were laughing, someone behind me talks to me. Nilingon ko naman kung sinong tumawag sa akin.
"Are you looking for a coach?" aniya pero umiling naman ako sa tanong niya. "Come on kid, you're here already. Why not try some basics? You should put down your bag now and we shall get started."
But I keep shaking my head, "No, no, I'm not here to practice any martial arts."
"And what are you doing here?" he asked.
And as I look back into Grant's direction, he was looking at me. His hands rested on his waist as if he likes what he's seeing. He smiles and shakes his head as he follows his coach to the ring as they were about to practice on some basic martial arts.
"Oh do you want something like that?" the coach who talks to me pointed them.
I still shake my head, "no, I assure you, I'm not here to do anything."
"Was he your friend?" he said pointing to Grant.
I nodded to him hoping that he will stop bugging me. But he didn't and he still insists that I should do what Grant and his coach were doing and he wants me to do the warm-up like Grant did earlier and I was already tired only thinking about it. I was wearing a white shirt and a boxer and I'm too embarrassed to get out of the locker room wearing only that but I don't have any choice—I really have, I just don't want to leave yet.
