Exactly as you thought, those who witnessed yours and Tobio's interaction at lunchtime a few days ago had no plans of letting you off the hook. They reminded you of the incident every chance they could, and today was no different. It's a miracle Hinata hadn't joined in on the fun yet. You sighed to to yourself as you waited for the bell to ring for lunch break.

It had become a routine since then, Tobio came to spend the hour and eat with you, much to the amusement of the three who found more ammunition for their teasing. It was heartwarming though, when you found out that Tobio was putting effort to reconnect with you. And in the evenings, you walked home together as well. You looked forward to that most of all.

The few evenings you walked home together, you noticed that the conversations were getting much more natural. You were going to ask him about Kazuyo-san later and maybe even drop by to see the old man.

The bell rang at last and students were starting to get up from their seats.

"Ne, (F/N)-chan," Yachi spoke as she took her bento out. "I was wondering if you'd like to meet the rest of the volleyball team later. I-if you're not busy after club, I mean."

You smiled. You were curious as to who Tobio's other teammates were. Aside from that, you'd never seen him play aside from the time you both spent at the park when you were little. So, accepting Yachi's offer was a no brainer.

"I'd really like that, Yachi-chan. I've never really seen Tobio-kun play with an actual team before."

"R-really?! Then come to the gym after your club later! Everyone's been curious about you and Kageyama-kun."

This made you a bit embarrassed. "What? Why?"

Yachi scratched her head and laughed nervously. "W-well..."

"Why are you following me?!!"

"Who says I can't eat lunch here too?" You hear a familiar voice retort. "But, Kageyama, don't you want (L/N)-san to be your girlfriend?"

"Wha- no! I don't need one, aho!! Now shut up!"

You sighed as you heard the commotion outside the classroom. So much for Hinata not being in on the teasing. Tobio's answer made your heart sink a little, but you both were denying any romantic relationship between the two of you all week long that it didn't bother you that much anymore. It wasn't as if you were attracted to Tobio or anything. Right? He was a very dear friend and you don't see him as anything more than that. ...right?

Your gaze slid towards the classroom door. When it opened and the duo walked in, you averted your eyes. You suddenly felt your heart flutter. What was this feeling, you wondered.

"(F/N)," Kageyama plopped down on to the seat next to you. "You good?"

"Yeah, you?" You replied, and you saw him nod.

As you started to take out your bento, the raven-haired boy slid a box of milk onto your table. It was a normal occurrence nowadays for him to bring you his favorite drink as well, but to Hinata, this was news.

"Bakageyama was almost late to class this morning because he couldn't decide whether to get you the milk or the yogurt drink!" The ginger head happily chirped as he stood in front of you.

"I wasn't, boke! Shut up!"

"You were too! You stood in front of the vending machine for like fifteen minutes."

You blushed as you heard this. You knew Yachi was grinning from ear to ear without even looking at her.

"Hinata-kun, Kageyama-kun, I invited (F/N)-chan to come by the gym after her club later. She said she wanted to see Ka-"
