chapter 17: knock knock

Nayeon's POV

A day has passed and classes are beginning. I also forgot to notice, but ever since Kyungsoo confessed to me, he doesn't show up at school anymore.

I kinda got worried about him. He is my friend after all.

As usual, I'm at by the rabbit hole.

"Nayeon." I was happy to hear a voice assuming it was Jungkook's but I was shocked to see Kyungsoo.

"Kyung? Omg! Where have you been? You have been missing classes a lot!" I exclaimed.

He smiled. "I need a favor."

I paused. His face..... I don't trust his words.

"Love me."

I'm confused now. Who is he? What happened to Kyungsoo? Where's my best friend?

I backed away. "Kyung, stop this instant. I don't have feelings for you okay?" I was about to cry.

He stepped forward. "It isn't that hard to love me Nayeon."

I shook my head then ran as fast as I can. I have to get away from that man, he's not my best friend.....

I ended up at the girl's comfort room. I entered in a cubicle and there, tears started falling.

What happened to Kyungsoo?

Jungkook's POV

I was worried at Nayeon. When I was about to go to our usual spot, I saw her ran. Then not long when I saw Kyungsoo stepped out from the place.

What happened?

I wanted to follow her but I think it's best to give her a little space right now.

It was dismissal time and we stayed there as usual to rehearse.

We finished when we saw Bambam walking towards us.

"Hey Bam, what's up?" I asked but he's face was like he was very worried.

"Have you seen Nayeon?" He asked.

We looked at each other. "We haven't seen her actually since this morning. Why?"Jimin said.

" actually, Kyungsoo went to my house, and he was like gone all crazy. He then started to talk about Nayeon out of nowhere. I know something is happening. Nayeon just didn't told me about it." Bambam said sighing.

"Actually, I saw her this morning." I said.

They all looked at me.

"I saw her ran and Kyungsoo then came to my vision as soon Nayeon entered the girl's comfort room." I confessed.

"Have you talked to her today?" Bambam asked.

I shook my head. "I'm actually worried about her."

It was all quiet when Bambam's phone started ringing.

He answered it.

"Oh, hello auntie."

"Nayeon's home?"

When he mentioned her name, I sighed in relief knowing she's fine.

"What happened to her?"

"Do you want me to go there?"

"Okay. Can I bring some of her friends too?"

"Okay. Bye auntie."

Then he ended the call.

"What happened?" I asked.

He sighed. "She's at her house now. But she didn't talk to her mom. She also locked herself in her bedroom. Her mom thinks she needs some comfort."

"Also, we will go." He said so we started packing our stuffs then headed there.

Her home was nice. Perfect for a beautiful daughter to live.

When we entered her house, we saw her mom. Now I know where she got those visuals....

"Thank you for coming Bambam. And are you guys a friend of her?" Her mom asked us.

We all nodded.

"Please, help my little girl. Also, Bambam, I want to ask. Do you always eat dinner at the convenience store with Nayeon?"

He scrunched his face. "No auntie. Why?"

Her mom sighed. "She never eat dinner at home saying she already ate on her way back."

We guys looked at each other. Now we have seen another side of Nayeon....

Nayeon's mom then asked us if we ate already. So we ate dinner before we will go talk to her.

"Also, does Nayeon like someone?"I instantly looked at her mom.

" she never mentioned one to me before." Bambam said.

She nodded.

I finished eating first so I asked where is nayeon's room and then I excused myself. I want to talk to her alone.

I knocked on her room. No response....

"Nayeon, it's me. Let me in."

I knocked and knocked until she opened the door.

"That's too much......
