chapter 5: bunny couple

Nayeon's POV

Today, I'm currently in the library sorting files. Even if I'm famous, I also get punishments but people always ignores that.

Actually, today, I got late in my English class and Mrs. Penelope is very strict so she went and give me a punishment.

She doesn't give me a slip to detention because one time when she did, it caused a total chaos and my classmates starts asking for detention slip. Like, they do that when a famous person or their idol got into detention?

I finished sorting files right when snacks started. I then exited the library as students greet me when they passed by me.

I went to the building where I saw Jungkook before and went to find the rabbit.

It was very weird because last night, I dreamt about the same rabbit. The thing that made it weird was that it was flying. It was like, very, intimidating.

I then spotted a rabbit.

But that rabbit was different.

It has a gray fur but its tail were white. It was not the same rabbit I saw yesterday.

It started hopping and I decided to follow it when he stopped at the exact rabbit hole the white rabbit went in.

The gray rabbit then made a squeaking noise and then,

The rabbit I was looking for get outside the rabbit hole.

It looked at me so I squat on the grass and called it.

"Come here buddy." I said sweetly.

It started hopping and it jumped at my lap.

I carried it and notice it was a girl.

I put her down as she then went to cuddle with the other rabbit. Now I noticed.

"Bunny couple."

Someone said the same time I did. I turn around only to find Jungkook.

"Hi." I smiled.

"Hey." He greeted back and squatted beside me.

"They look great together." I said.

He chuckled and nodded.

"I had this dream tbough, it was that white rabbit. But t was flying." I out of the blue confessed.

He stopped and I could feel him staring at me.

I look at him. "What?"

"Do you know what that means?" He asked.

I thought for a while. "Honestly? No." I confessed.

He sighed. "Well, my parents used to tell me that when you see a flying rabbit, it points out your desire of freedom." He said.

Well, it's true I wanted to be free....

"But, what does that mean to you?" He asked.

I don't want to tell him.

I stood up. "I-uh, I better go. Classes is about to start. You should too." I said and started walking away from the place.

I sighed.  What happened to me after I met Jeon Jungkook?

Jungkook's POV

When she left, I got curious.

What does it really mean to her?

I mean, she has such perfect life. What does the freedom mean to her?

I sighed and smiled at the bunnies.

I chuckled by the thought of thinking they are a couple.

(Actually, there is a metaphor. When you say bunny couple, it means a couple who mostly do....you know XD)

I then headed to class.

Nayeon , what are you doing to me.....
