chapter 24: reminder

Nayeon's POV

It's been 5 days since after the incident of me and Jungkook.

These past 5 days, he was always there for me. He stayed by my side like I asked him.

Until now, I haven't convinced my mom to not go to Canada.

It might turns out that I'll really be leaving.

I sighed.

"Nayeon. You're wearing that long face again." Jungkook chuckled and pinched my cheeks.

We are currently at the cafeteria with the band and Bambam.

"What do you expect?" I looked at him.

He chuckled. "At least get that out of your face Nayeon." Bambam said.

"Yeah, it doesn't suit for a beautiful girl." Namjoon said.

What would I do without these guys...

I smiled at them. "Thanks guys."

Actually, they still don't know why I'm like this. Except for Bambam. But they still try their best to comfort me.

"Oh! Right, a little reminder, Jungkook's birthday is in three days. You guys should come." Hoseok said.

I looked at Bambam who was looking at me.

Oh god, what do I do now....

"I'll check my schedule" I said.

"Okay. But, I expect you to be there." Jungkook smiled.

I hope he doesn't get hurt once he will find out that I won't be there.

After school, I went directly home and as soon as I entered, I was greeted by my mother.

I just greeted back and went to bed.

I sighed. Oh, Jungkook if only you knew how much I wanted to stay. And if only I could do something to stop time son I won't be able to leave, I'll do it.
