Prone to accident

I was freaking out... scared as hell about water... I don't know how to swim... In childhood when I saw The day after tomorrow movie... I started having nightmares of dying while drowning for months. Still, I joined them for water sports... I have a weird habit of trying to beat my fear... Even though if it turns out to be my epic failure... I still try... Every time...

They decided to first go for the banana ride... I was terrified... That ride always gave epileptic seizures in my mind... One guy gave lifeguard jackets for each of us. I was struggling to tie jacket straps.

Kevin smiled at me... I will do it, love... He first tied two side ends of the jacket together in middle And then pulled straps over me.

Don't worry love... I am there... He said and kissed me softly.

We five sat on the banana ride which was tied with rope to a motorboat. I was so so so thankful to Kevin... He purposely sat on the ride, facing me... I looked at him and hugged him tightly... I tugged my head in his chest.

He started laughing... Gosh, love... nothing will happen to you trust me...

Whenever the guy on motorboat pulled the rope, he used to backflipped taking me on his chest inside the water and come out in a few minutes... He was really good in the water. First time in my life I was less frightened in water. He flipped the banana ride thrice... First in mid of water, then in deep water and last while coming back in shallow water.

You are good in the water... I said appreciating him.

I represented my college in the swimming competition for five years... He said and smiled at me.

Really... Thank you so much... you know I use to have nightmares that I am dying drowning and I nearly believe that one day my death will come, certainly cause of water... As it is somehow I am prone to accident.

He pulled me to his chest... Hush girl... Nothing is going to happen to you...  Once we reach Mumbai first thing... I am going to get your membership in my sports club... I will teach you swimming by myself... Our journey has just begun, love... We still have a long way to go together... please don't ever say that again... I can't lose you... Then he kept his head on my forehead.

Raghav whistled to us... Showing his hands towards Jet ski... He was looking super excited...

He pulled the strings on my jacket again to recheck. Let's go and defeat your fear together... He said and held my hand.

I got settled behind him and tucking my hands around him tightly.

Yashika was sitting behind Akash. She was smiling, looking excited.

Raghav was alone, he smiled while standing up on his motorbike. Then Akash whistled and all three bikes hit the shore at the same time... Demn it... they were racing with each other... I was scared like shit. Raghav was ahead of all... Akash was second and we were behind them. after some time they took the turn...

Kevin leaned behind and said hold me, tight love... Then he raised up the bike speed... I closed my eyes... When I opened my eyes... Kevin had already taken over Akash and Raghav... And we were ahead of them. Soon we reached the shallow water and he stopped his bike.

Raghav and Akash came towards us.

That was great Kev... Raghav said hugging him and patted his back.

You won... as always... Bro... Akash said and gave him a side hug.

We went back to the restaurant.  Everyone was wet.

Where is the bag which I gave you in the morning? ... I had packed extra clothes for us... YaYa said and looked at Akash.

Akash pulled his right hand, behind his neck... Ummmm... Actually baby... I forgot that on the couch...
