False Alarm

Raghav's POV.

I have messaged Kev that Marcus is here. He reverted me saying I am on my way.

I just wanted to kill this man. What he did at farmhouse was just not acceptable. I know Kev didn't harmed him cause Ria and Anisha begged him not to. I feel Kev shouldn't have listened to them the way he was looking at Sam he didn't looked like he  regret his behaviour.

I decided to ignore him cause we have met Sam after three months and I doesn't want to spoil thing's unnecessarily.

We had our tequila shots. Sam was looking uneasy, we were not sure what was happening to her.

I asked her what happened and she said she needs to use washroom and will be back 10 minutes.

We saw Kev came running towards us. "Where is she?"

"Ummmm... She was feeling uneasy so she went to use the washroom." Akash told him while not meeting his eyes.

"And you let her go alone. Akash I told you that I have heard some shitii stories about this place." He snapped at Akash.

"When did she went? He gave us death stare.

"15 minutes back." I said and I got up. Shit man... Why we came here. This Marcus.. In here and Sam feeling uneasy after just one shot... Demn it... All this is giving us false alarm that something bad is going on here and may be it with our Sam. I hope it's not true.

We ran towards ladies washroom.

Kev got inside and came back furiously. "She is not inside. If anything happened to my girl, I will fuck your case guys."

We got panicked. Akash called on Sam's number. We heard some ringing. Her phone was on the floor.

I picked it up... "Ohhh... Fuck... It's Sam... It's hers."

Kev ran his hand through his hand kicked his leg on the washroom door. He looked angry as if he was going to kill everyone who will be in his way. All the girls came out of the washroom screaming and running.

He started crying. "Raghav... Find her now... Before I kill someone."

As we started walking, he said "Wait."

He called up the watchman of Bunker club. "My girl is missing... Where it is... Yeah, I am at that place... Yes I can see the stairs... Ok..."

He ran towards the stairs. We followed him. There were total 04 rooms on that floor and only one door was closed. Kev kicked that door and it got open at the first shot.

What we saw inside was horrible than we thought.

Sam was on the sofa... Her eyes were shut... she was naked... Only clothes on her bodies were her undergarments... There were bites marks all over her body.

Kevin ran inside screaming. "Marcus... You mother fucker... You are dead now."

He started punching Marcus on his face, he fell down on the floor. Then he removed his belt and wrapped it around his right hand knuckles. He resumed landing punches on his face mercilessly.

We went to Sam her body temperature was high and she was sweating. I started rubbing her hands and Akash was rubbing her feet. Her breathing was getting shallow.

Akash nodded at me and looked at Kevin. Marcus passed out but Kev was still beating him. His blood was on Kevin's hand and all around on the floor.

I went to Kev and tried to stop him. He was still beating him. I sat beside him.

"Kev she needs you... Her body is fuming... Seems like her drink was spiked with some sort of drug... We need to take her to hospital before it's too late... This piece of shit is not our priority right now... Akash have already called up the police... They will be here at any moment.

He stopped.

He ran towards her and took her in his arms... He removed his t-shirt and pulled it over her.

He started crying. "I am here love... You will be fine... I promise..."

"Guys, We don't have time to wait for an ambulance, here Akash, take my keys and get my bike on the back door..." Akash nodded and ran outside.

"Raghav you are coming with me, she is unconscious... You will need to hold her while I ride."

He picked her up and carried her his arms. While leaving he kicked Marcus on his gut.

We reached the hospital. They took her inside ICU. Kevin was talking to police constable.

Doctor came out. I patted Kev's shoulder and we ran towards him.

"She is fine now. She was drugged heavily. Just a little sprain in her back and few bruises. Her temperature was shot, so we have given her some injections for detoxifying her body. Will need to keep her in hospital for the next 24 hours, under observation... Tomorrow you can get a discharge for her." Doctor said and looked at Kev.

Kevin asked him. "Was... she... raped?"

"No... We have inspected her and there are no signs of rape... There are some bruises on her body. Nothing serious to worry about. We have given our reports to the police." Doctor answered him.

"Thanks, Doctor." Kevin did shake hands.

He patted on Kevin's shoulder. " Young man right now she needs special care and comfort... Go inside she is awake. She is asking for you."

We went inside.

She looked at us and tried to smile. "Hi..."

Kavin sat beside her.

She looked down and started talking.
Kevin.. He tried... To..." Then she ended up crying.

Kev hugged her. " I am here Love... I am here... Nothing happened... I am not going to leave you alone... ever."

We sat there for long. She slept holding Kev's hand.

Akash came he gave us a look indicating to come out.

Akash : Police have arrested Marcus. Also the bartender... He have accepted that he mixed drugs in her drink and Marcus was the one who asked him to do that... Both are in custody.

Kev : Good... What was the name inspector?

He looked at Akash.

Akash : Inspector Roy.

Kev : I know him.

He dialled some number.

Kev :  Roy Sir... This is Kevin Dias... We met in IPL match... Yes... Sir need your help... There is this guy named Marcus, with one more person... Yes under your custody...  The case has been registered at your police station... She is my girlfriend. Can you press some extra charges which are non-bailable... Sir I want both of them behind the bars as long as possible. Yes... Drugs smuggling charges... Money is not a problem Sir... I will get it arrange... Okay... Yeah that sounds good... Thank you Sir.

He looked at me

Kev : Raghav... There is one more thing. I spoke to her landlady. And asked her whether they will allow us to stay with her. She said the society is bit strict at her side. Do you have any problem if she moves to your place? That way I will be little assured when I am not there.

Me : No problem Kev... That sounds perfect. The flat belongs to my friend, also society is pretty cool at my place. It is smaller though, but we all can manage.

I gave him a smile.

Kev :  She is sleeping... You both look after her. I am going to her place. I will pack her stuff and drop it at your building's security office. Once I am back you both can leave.

We nodded an then he left.
