That was a close one

"Listen babe... Why don't you go inside and sit, while I go down and give money to the driver." Vid told me softly.

I took the glass of water from her hand and went inside.

She came back and took me to her bedroom. We both set on the bed.

I started crying again. She hugged me tightly.

After some time... When I was able to speak told her "I need to bath."

She gave me towel and long tshirt. "Fantastic... I will make some coffee for us."

That's the beauty of Vid she knows when to keep quiet.

I had bath. Then ww were sitting in her balcony.

We just set there in silence having our coffee and in the morning when I opened my eyes, I realized we actually slept in the balcony entire night.

The morning was another silence we had our coffee. I still felt exhausted so I slept again. When I woke up I was in the bedroom and it was dark outside.

I stepped out and saw Vid was watching TV.

I went across her... "Hi..."

She switched off the TV. "Ohhh Hi. How are you feeling now."

"Better..." I tried to smile.

"That's great... Why don't you have a bath and then we can have dinner together." She said walking towards the kitchen.

"Yeah, that sounds good. But can I have just a coffee I am not feeling hungry..." I told her while taking a towel from the chair.

"Sure thing." She said with a smile.

"Vid can I use her phone and laptop."

" Yes Sam." She gave me her phone and laptop.

She is such a darling. I opened my Gmail contact account to take my manager's contact details.

I called him from Vidya's mobile and spoke to him. After fifteen days I was supposed to go to Bangalore for three months on training.

I requested my manager to prepone it to next week. He was not ready for it initially.

When he heard me crying he got scared. I requested him saying that I need to get out of this city f ASAP for a few days. He asked me if I am in some trouble as he knew I was staying all alone. I told him I can't tell him the reason.

He finally agreed and said he will call me in the evening with all details. I asked him to call on Vid's number.

In the afternoon We went out to buy a new mobile for myself. We bought the cheapest smartphone, Vid paid for it. 

Then we headed to arrange a new sim card and a new phone number for me. We got a new number in half an hour's process. 

Afterward, we took a taxi for my place. I decided to stop the taxi at the end of the lane so no one can see me.

I gave the details to Vid about place where I hide my spare keys. I asked her to go inside and get my stuff and cash. We decided to be on call so I can guide her accordingly.

As she entered the gate watchman called her.

Ohhh madam you need to pass entry in the register.

Me : Just write some fake name and number
Vid : Okay. Ohhh Shit... He here.
Me : Who?
Vid : Kev. He is standing next to the watchman.
Me : Ohh fuck... What he wants now.
Vid : What do I do now?
Me : Listen to me he doesn't know you. So just be normal.

She went inside the security cabin. I heard the watchman asking her to whom she wants to visit.

Me : Tell him, Mrs Bhatia.

So she told him "Mrs Bhatia and She is on call too."

Vid :  Sam he is looking so broken. Are you sure you wanted to go?
Me : Yes.. I want to and I am going for three months only.

I told her what stuffs needs to be pack in the suitcase which was under the bed. I also informed her where I have kept my cards, some cash, and laptop.

She came out in less than fifteen minutes. She quickly kept suitcase beside me. And set next to the driver. And We left the area within a few minutes.

"That was a close one..." She took the breath and said in a horrified voice.

Hahaha... We both started laughing.
