Arrange Loveship

I was back in Akash and Raghav's room to pack my remaining stuffs.

Kevin entered saying "Guy's where is my phone..." Then he saw me.

I was taken back by shocked as I saw Kevin, closing the door behind him.

"What are you doing?" I asked him while getting panicked.

"I heard you are leaving, so I wanted to talk to you Sam." He came towards me covering the distance in two steps. He was still wearing yesterday's clothes.

I was sitting on the edge of the bed. Kevin sat beside me. He looked at me, his right hand was in his pocket. Then he shifted little to my side, he looked as if he was struggling to get the words.

"Look Sam... I am sorry for everything. For Anisha... for Marcus... Saying those shit about you and making you leave early. I mean I don't know how to explain this, but I am kind of... Attracted to you. I really don't know what it is. I have never felt so protective about anyone. I like to be around you, and also watching you smiling makes me happy... I know you are confused about me and Anisha. Basically I just feel more of responsible for her as my dad and my family likes her. So you can say I am in Arrange Loveship. We don't share that relationship or intimacy, only some kisses that's it and sometimes I take her to my socialize places... As my dad insists... She is happy with recognizing as my Girlfriend. Besides this, I have other arrangements to satisfy myself."

He set down on his knees holding both my hands with his huge one left hand. My hands were looking so tiny in his hand I almost smiled looking at them. Then He continued. "I wanted to know more about you... Sam. This feeling for you is so strong and I am just not ready to let it go."

I looked at him to see into his eyes. He was still sitting down playing with my fingers.

"Ummm... Kevin can I ask you something?"

He nodded.

"Where were you last night?"

His expression changed to stress at first then he smiled. "I so wanted to join you guys but then I saw that you were not comfortable in my presence. So I left regretting about the things that happened last night. When I went to Raghav's room I decided to sleep there. Anisha came saying she needs to talk, I thought she wanted to apologize so I went to her room. but... When I tried looking around... on the chair... Near the dressing table.. Your clothes were there. I don't know what happened... I started thinking about yesterday. I was smiling thinking about you and then she caught me off guard. She said more shitty things about you." Then he paused.

"It made me so angry... I warned her not to escalate my temper but she was in some different zone. Then I went on searching for Marcus as needed to get out my anger and that fucker went on hiding. I wanted to calm down so, I took my bike and went out... I was riding for an hour, but I didn't felt calm. So I came back as couldn't stop my self... I sat on the terrace door, I wanted to listen your voice, and to my surprise, when I heard you... It actually calmed me down."

He looked into my eyes and smiled. "I was enjoying the stupid talks you three were doing.. Many times I tried hard not to laugh out loudly... Then you people stopped talking, I thought maybe you all slept and I went back on my bike and finally I was at peace... Riding again."
