"Wake up you have to go to school." Juliet screamed as she threw pillows at me. "It's to early for this." I grunted. "Well to bad get up or we're going to be late!" I dragged myself out of bed and walked to the bathroom. I turned the water on and waited for it to warm up. I looked like shit my hair was really greasy because I haven't taken a shower in days. I closed the shower curtain as I got in. I let the hot water hit my skin as I cried hiding the noise behind the water hitting the ground. I lifted my head letting the water wash away the tears. I washed my hair and face and quickly turned the water off before it gets cold. I wrapped my hair in a towel as well as my body. I took out my makeup and did my daily routine. "You have ten minutes hurry up!" Juliet shouted from the kitchen. "Make me breakfast and I'll be done in five! Please!" I added. "Fine just hurry up." I walked to my room across the hall and searched for something to wear. I quickly put on a pair of black skinny jeans and a soft blue sweatshirt. I brushed my long night black hair and bolted to the kitchen grabbing my bag along the way. "Here I made you a waffle, now can we go." "Okay let's go!" I said as I took the waffle and walked outside.
We pulled up in front of the school. "Well here it is the gates of hell." I joked. "Come on it's not that bad." Juliet said. "You're right its horrible." I said as I got out of the car.I walked down the halls as people whispered and stared at me. Great way to start the day off. "Fuck!" I said as I dropped the books I was holding. "Sorry I wasn't paying attention." I said gathering my books. "Hey no worries, aren't you Sophia?" I looked up and saw Carson, probably the most popular person in the school. "Yeah how'd you know, oh wait let me guess saw me on the news? Heard people talking about me?" I snapped. "Not exactly you're in my science class." "Oh shit I'm so sorry." I said again. "Its fine, I can see why you would think that." He said as he looked around at everyone staring at us. "Let me walk you to class." He said. "It wasn't an offer and besides we're in the same class." "Right okay." Carson took my books and headed for our class. I stared in disbelief. "You coming?" Sam said. "Yeah." I said catching up to him. "So why do you insist on walking me to class?" I asked. "Well you kinda owe me one for running into me." Carson said sarcastically. "Fair enough."
"Here you are madam." Carson said as he placed my books on the table. "Thanks." I said giving him a sly smile. "Who was that?" Sam asked. "Carson, I ran into him in the halls. Literally ran into him." "Oh okay." I could hear the jealousy hidden in his voice. "Okay class, open your books to page 283." Mr. Thompson said. "I'm passing back the tests you took Monday." He added. He handed people their test making his way up to me and Sam. "Listen I know it's been a rough two months for you but I'm not going to let it slide anymore with you missing days and not doing anything. And you Mr. Wilmington, you need to start showing up or you will have to repeat this class. Do you two understand me." "Yeah." Sam said as I nodded my head. "What the fuck just happened." I said. "Well Mr. Thompson walked up here and proved to us he is an ass." Sam said. "Yeah, really." I said still shocked by what he said. I don't mean I want sympathy from him or anyone but he doesn't have to be so fucking inconsiderate.
