Kakashi POV
Is she sick? I wonder. I hope she's alright...
I sigh and I wait. I look up at the clock about half an hour later and she comes out of the office.
"Hey, are you alright?"
She gives me a worried look.
"How much do you love me, Kakashi?"
"More than I've ever loved anyone..."
"And do you want a future with me?"
"Of course... What is this about?"
"The results came in positive..."
My eyes widen.
"Kakashi, I'm pregnant."

Claire POV
I watch his expression change into one of shock and then guilt.
"I'm...sorry..." he murmurs.
Tears swell in my eyes. "I understand..." I reply, turning to leave.
He looks up at me. "No, wait!"
I look back at him. "Hmm..?"
"I-I...this is...wonderful..!"
My mouth curls into a small smile. "You really think so..?"
He nods. "I'm just sorry if this is a burden to you... Do you wish... to bare this child?"
"Yes..."
He runs over to hug me, picks me up and spins me around. "This is amazing! We're going to be parents!" he finishes with laughter.
I laugh as well and then he sets me down.
"To be honest, I thought you'd want to get rid of me when you'd find out..."
"Baka..." he says pulling me into his arms. "I'd rather die than be rid of you..."
I look up at him and I smile. "You're right, I am an idiot..."
And then we both burst out laughing.
"I wouldn't have it any other way..."
"Ditto..." I reply.

"NANI?!!" Gai yells.
"Gai..."
"This is... my chances with her are over!!"
We both sweat drop.
"Were they ever there to begin with..?"
"CAN'T A SEXY BEAST DREAM?!!!"
"..."
"..."
"I guess not..."
I sigh.
"Well played eternal rival... well played."
"This isn't a competition, Gai." Kakashi states coldly.
"You're right, I'm sorry..."
"It's fine... and hey, Gai?"
"Hmm?"
"Can I speak with you after?"
"Of course."
"I'll leave the two of you alone.." I offer and then I leave.
