Lauren POV

It has been five months that we're actually dating and living together after the stupid deal he wanted from me. His excuse for protecting me and all his theories against his parents and Calvin didn't happen but he doesn't have any plan in breaking up with me and letting me go home. It's been a months and Calvin didn't showed up nor bothered me again but his paranoid self can't trust me on that.

It has been a minute since we left home and he insisted driving me to my work before going to his office too.

"I'll get my car later in the afternoon in my house, don't bother in fetching me up."

"Nope, I'll fetch you later and we'll get your car together. I'll be here by 5:00 exactly."

"Okay, one minute late I wouldn't mind taking a cab."

I teased him to actually gain his annoyed reaction.

"Sure you can without getting any punishment."

I stick out my tongue on him childishly before unbuckling my seatbelt. He park his car abruptly and grab my body making me sit on his lap facing him.

"What are you trying to do? It's early in the morning to have your stupid lesson-"

And here we go again with his habit of cutting me off with his soft lips. He's been hungrier than ever, and that also drive me insane. I'm in the verge of losing my own sanity whenever he's doing this stuff. He pulled away and pecked on my lips and forehead gently.

"I didn't sign up for this, didn't I?"

"Stop acting that you didn't like it, green eyes."

"I didn't said that-"

He can't stop himself from cutting me off by pecking on my lips from time to time.

"If you won't shut your sassy mouth, don't expect me to let you go anytime soon."

"Ugh, fine. Let me go now, I have lots of works to do."

He kiss me one more time and finally loosen his grip. I grab my things and hop out.

"See you by 5:00 and wait for me here."

"I know, I know."

"Bye green eyes and don't be clumsy today at least."

"Shut up and comeback here in one piece, I'll wait for you."

"Is that the new way of telling me to be careful?"

He chuckled and looking at me amused.

"If you think that way then maybe it is."

"Then, I'll think it that way. I'll get going and be careful."

With that he close the window of his car and drive away leaving my sight. I smile like an idiot stepping inside my restaurant. All the employees greeted me as I happily greeted them back.
