Ming's POV

I have been calling Yo for the last half hour and he isn't picking up. Either he slept through his alarm again or he's left his phone behind. Since his phone is practically glued to his person, I walked next door to his room to wake him up myself.

"Yo!" I yelled, knocking on his door. "Get out of bed! I know you're still sleeping in there! Get up!"

After a few minutes of knocking and calling for him repeatedly, I finally hear some signs of life from inside.

"Geez, was it necessary to wake up the whole building?" Yo asked, standing in the doorway. He's still in his pajamas, hair sticking up, and glasses askew. Yep, I knew he was sleeping.

"Of course it was," I said. "How else was I going to get you out of bed? You weren't answering your phone."

"Why didn't you just use the spare key?"

Shoot. Forgot about that.

"It's more fun to yell from the hallway," I said. "Now let me in and go get a shower."

He let me in and went to shower while I sat on his bed, reading the manga he had sitting on his bedside table to pass the time.

"What do we have to do today, Ming?" Yo asked, coming from the shower with a towel slung around his hips. "You're all dressed up."

"They're doing pictures for the Moon and Star Competition today," I replied, going to his closet to get his uniform for him. "So today, you should try not to look so amazing. Gotta give the other Moons a chance."

"Don't be silly, Ming," Yo said. "There's no chance anyone will be paying any attention to me when they could be looking at you."

"True," I joked, "but take it easy on me. It takes me hours behind closed doors to look this handsome and you wake up looking perfectly adorable with no work at all. Now put some clothes on, I can't stare at those six pack abs all day. We need to hurry."

"Whatever," Yo said, grabbing his clothes and running back into the bathroom.

Phana's POV

I was getting dressed for the Moon and Star meeting this morning when I heard yelling and knocking outside my door. I look out to see Ming knocking on the door across the hall from me.

I'm just about to ask him what's going on when Yo answers the door in his pajamas. At first, all I can think about is the way his messy hair makes me want to run my fingers through it. Then I'm hit with an even more wonderful thought, Yo lives right across the hall from me.

"Why didn't you just use the spare key?" Yo asked Ming, making me pay attention again. I really hate Ming. He is definitely Yo's boyfriend. I close my door most of the way, so no one will see me eavesdropping, but Yo lets Ming into his room and the door closes behind them.

I check down the hall for a minute before propping my door open and running over to put my ear against Yo's door. At first all I can hear is water running but a few minutes later I hear Yo and Ming talking again. I can't make out everything that is being said, but one thing comes through loud and clear.

"Now put some clothes on, I can't stare at those six pack abs all day. We need to hurry," Ming said.

Are they naked in there? I really, really hate Ming. I'm considering the repercussions of breaking into Yo's room and pulling his naked body into my arms when I realize they'll be coming out soon and I'm still pressing my ear to the door. Frowning, I go back across the hall, shut my door, and get ready to face the day.

I don't have to be to the Moon and Star meeting until half an hour after the freshman arrive, so I've made plans to meet Beam and Kit for breakfast.
