Desirée POV
Today I woke up with a lingering kiss on my forehead. I opened my eyes and came face to face with Demon. He had a beautiful smile on his face but I know how Sinister he was in real life.
With my I sleep hazed mind I again close my eyes because I was too sleepy to handle him right now.
He then kissed my right cheek. I looked at him with only one of my eye opened and so him with the same smile on his face. I turned to the other side so that he could stop disturbing me, but oh man was I so wrong.
I could feel him getting closer to me and then he kissed me on my left cheek. I gave him a death glare but he totally ignored it and started leaning forward towards me. I knew what he was about to do so I placed my palm on his face to stop him from leaning any further.
He tried to fight me by putting pressure on my hand all the while trying to you come closer to my face.
" Demon, what are you, five? And don't you dare disturb my sleep.
What do you want anyway from me ? Weren't you supposed to be on your way to some business trip?
Why haven't you left yet?" I said irritated.
"Desirée, you really hurt my feelings. I'm leaving in half an hour and I wanted to say goodbye to you before departing.
I'm going to miss you so much and I'm damn sure that the feelings will be totally opposite in your case.
I was just giving you goodbye kisses and only one place was left and you stopped me from doing that. I won't leave until I complete my work.
So, it will be better for you to let me have my kiss or else I will have to bring you with me so that I could kiss you all the time.
So, which one sounds better to you. All the I prefer the second option. "
Was he now blackmailing me for a kiss? I don't know whether to laugh or be angry with him. Usually I have seen in sitcoms that male leads try to pull the same trick with the heroine and the heroine becomes all blushy.
So my mind was giving me a contradictory reaction to this.
