After I was done with the meeting, I went straight to Demon's room. The meeting went longer than I expected.

When I entered the room, the site in front of me shocked me.
They both are on the same bed. Demon was cuddling with Desiree with his hand around her waist even Desiree's eyes were closed, that means she too was into deep slumber.
The site looked serene.
But I have to wake Demon up because it was his time to take the medicines.

I slowly tabbed on his Shoulder to wake him up.
"What? " He asked groggily.

"Dude, you have to take your medicines."

"No, I don't think I need medicine anymore. I am getting my fair share dosage of medicine from the person who is sleeping beside me.

I'll be good in no time."

"Don't fuck with me Demon. Anyway dinner will be served in half an hour. Desiree too have to wake up, so kindly get that ass of yours of the bed.

"Rom, why don't you freshen up and come to this room. We all can settle down here.

And ask needs to bring the dinner here . It's been so long that we had a meal together.
Please! Pretty please! "

"OK! Ok! Cut the crap.
I will ask them to bring our dinner here.

As planned, we all had our dinner at the guest room. Everything was same, just as it was in the island.

Desiree was quiet. Demon and I were sharing glances.

"Desiree, I I told Demon about your home invasion.
I asked one of my friend who is in police department to try to find out who was the person behind all the things.

We are trying to get hold of the person behind all this. As I can already presume it that the person who did this was related to your orphanage."

"Romano, how many times do I have to tell you guys that you should not meddle in my business.
By now you should understand that how powerful they are.

I don't want you guys to suffer because of me. I have suffered this life for a long time.
My life doesn't have much of a value but you two are valuable to the society."

We will fight tooth and nail until we get a closure of this.

All we want from you is the moral support. You don't know how much that means to me.

We are digging up things. Soon we will get hold of that person who was behind all the misery you and your friends had to suffer .

Demon, I think that the person behind your attack is either your father aur someone who is related to the orphanage directly.

The supervisor who was the main culprit, what if he intimated his boss about your interrogation.
According to me your father couldn't act so fast.

You left his place and with in half an hour when you reached your house someone was already waiting there for you.
It seems to me that it was pre planned."

Both of them remain quote for sometime.

"Actually Rom, I have to tell you one thing.
When I was in video call with you and Desiree that day, a message popped up.
I was able to read it while on the call with you guys.
It said, "You have something of mine and I want it back. " , and within 5 minutes of that message I was shot.

I didn't even have the time to think or react because it happened all of a sudden.
When I think about it now I think bringing Desiree with you here is a mistake. I think she is in danger. "

I'm really not connecting the dots. How many actually are there in this whole racket. If so many people are there then it would be really really difficult for any offers to get hold of the main person.

The tension was eating me. What if we risked Desiree's life by bringing her here.

Desiree too looked worried, but anyhow we all decided to sleep. Desiree didn't wanted to share the bed with us but Demon pulled the victim card again and she cannot refuse him by looking at his condition.

This bed was little bit smaller than the bad we used to share in the beach house after all that bad was specially designed to accommodate 3 adults and this bed was made for two people.

Good for us that we will get a chance to get cosy all we want and blame the bed next morning so that she cannot get angry with us.

Next morning I woke up with a hard on. My dick was connected with her ass and only the clothes were obstacles between us. I don't know how long I have to control myself with cold showers.

I didn't wanted to get in a situation like Demon and didn't wanted to freakout Desiree on the process so I immediately left for freshening up.

It was around 8 o'clock when I was coming for breakfast in the dining table when the bell Rang. One of the maid went to open the door.

I saw Desiree coming out of the room. She was wearing a white sundress and she was looking like a angel. I was so busy staring at her that I saw her facial expression change from stoic to shock within a few seconds. She was staring at the door.

Before I can do anything I saw her sprinting towards the door, towards the person standing in front of it.
